Beautiful accommodation in the Sidemen countryside

The property is even better than the photos. Beds were comfortable, the place is clean, the hosts are fantastic! It was the perfect way to start our holiday. Please note: this is a rural area and ants and geckos are to be expected. There is a Warung just down the road called Green Kitchen Cooking, which offers great food and cooking classes. There is a lovely circular walk through the flower fields, around a local village and back. Takes about one hour. Can always be extended to include another village! One thing to note is: booking.com show this property in a different location. It is not near Sandag Hill, it is near Green Kitchen, and Ravelyn House. Walking to Sidemen is not an option, as it is a long way and the roads are steep and windy.

Fabulous, the photos don’t do it justice!

The location was absolutely stunning. We were amazed by the amount of space. Yet the couple who run it keep it sort of quiet and simple, which we could really appreciate. Mrs Ketut cooked nice meals (only a few things on the menu, but all good) and Mr Ketut drove us to several places. He also arranged a taxi to the airport. There is no airco but it was cool at night and very quiet. If you want to go elsewhere for dinner on some nights, the Natya River Resort is recommended.

Cozy villas

The host was kind and helpful, showing us around and giving us an insight into the local religious life. The accommodation was great, very natural, cosy and the linen was scented. The area is not yet so popular with tourists, so we had a more authentic experience.

The breakfast selection was not very rich.

Excellent, want to go back

Our hosts were so nice. They made us breakfast and dinner. Even helped us getting around. There are 4 huts, basically 3 spacious bedrooms and one living area/kitchen. My teenage kids loved having their own space. The view is amazing.

The water in the pool looked a bit intransparant but our host assured us that it was clean

Très très moderne Chouette endroit privatif avec un joli salon, cuisine accessible,.... Super vue sur les rizières Endroit calme

La grande chambre n'a pas de rideau occultant. Donc lumière du jour et surtout, vue des propriétaires qui passent dans la copropriété a toute heure. Manque de privacy! Les chambres n'ont pas de porte à la salle de bain ni aux WC Une clim aurait été sympa.

Parfait!

C est un lieu magique, paisible, dans un cadre incroyable. Nous avons adoré séjourner dans cette villa. Quelle vue depuis la piscine ! 🤩 Le couple qui gère les lieux est vraiment adorable. Ketut suhartini et Ketut suardana sont tellement gentils et bienveillants… Il nous a fait visiter la région , nous a réservé une sortie rafting et création de bijoux en argent… il connaît toutes les bonnes adresses. Son épouse nous a préparé de délicieux petits déjeuners et repas pour toute la famille ( 2 adultes et 3 enfants ). Tout est très propre et bien équipé. Encore un grand merci. Nous recommandons vraiment cette adresse.

Genialne miejsce aby zacząć swoją przygodę na Bali. Totalne odludzie, cisza i spokój, lokalna wioska i pola dookoła. Można zobaczyć jak żyją ludzie na Bali trochę dalej od turystów. Do tego przemili gospodarze, którzy cudownie gotują. Super nas ugościli i musimy przyznać, że szkoda nam było że byliśmy tam tylko dwie noce. Właściciel obiektu odebrał nas z lotniska i pomógł nam ogarnąć start naszego pobytu.

Ottimi bungalow, con piscina e vista sulle risaie, in un angolo poco frequentato di Bali

Siamo stati molto bene in questo angolo poco frequentato di Bali. Abbiamo prenotato i 3 bungalow quindi abbiamo avuto la struttura per noi, con la piscina e una bella vista sulle risaie. Sono stati tutti molto disponibili e ci hanno organizzato una giornata in giro nei dintorni e il trasferimento all’aeroporto. È un po’ isolato quindi la sera è più pratico cenare nella struttura. Ottimo sia per relax che x base x visitare i dintorni.

Séjour authentique et dépaysant

Une localisation idéale pour visiter Sidemen et ses alentours. La propriete a une superve vue sur les rizières. Le cadre naturel lui confère une ambiance authentique avec ses bruits de la nature. La gentillesse des propriétaires nous a permis de nous sentir chez nous. Ketuk le propriétaire nous a conduit dans des endroits superbes. Rafting, balançoires, Tirtagangga.... Ses précieux conseils nous ont permis de découvrir les alentours de façon authentique. D’une gentillesse extrême, il a même pris des risques à nous conduire de nuit dans des routes improbables vers notre logement suivant. Son épouse nous a préparé tous les soirs des petits plats simples avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Nous nous sommes sentis chouchoutés du début à la fin de notre séjour. Un grand merci Ketut et sa petite famille. Nous recommandons vivement à tous les voyageurs qui recherchent de l’authenticité et souhaitent soutenir les familles locales.

Oase van rust middenin de rijstvelden

Geweldige plek, prachtig uitzicht over de rijstvelden. Perfecte stop na Ubud om tot rust te komen. Heel fijn personeel. Ketut regelde excursies en zijn vrouw kookte heerlijk voor ons. Aanrader.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa. Tout était parfait : beaux espaces spacieux, bien entretenus, les hôtes on été chaleureux, accueillants et à notre écoute, la cuisine locale finement préparée sur place par les hôtes, un vrai régal ! Excentré du centre de Sidemen, véhicules (scooters ou taxi) apprécié. Nous recommandons.

Schönes Grundstück mitten in der Natur

Die Villa Bamboo liegt an einem wunderschönen Reisfeld und hat einen fanatischen Ausblick auf die Natur. Wir waren für 2 Nächte zu Gast und haben die Zeit genossen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war lecker und ausreichend. Unsere Wünsche und Fragen wurden erfüllt & beantwortet - es gab Empfehlungen zum Kochkurs, Frische Kokosnuss. die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet, bequeme Betten, saubere Badezimmer. Die Anlage hat einen schönen Pool mit Liegen. Die Anreise war sehr gut, da die Villa an einer guten Straße liegt. Der Gastgeber ist direkt in der Nachbarschaft und ist bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit.
