Lovely views from the villa. Spacious with lots of outdoorness about it. Staff were friendly.
Monkey bar and staff were very good and the breakfast was excellent.
No welcome drink on arrival.
We had a voucher for the use of the spa but the spa lady was sick and unable to use voucher. No alternative was offered.
No offer to clean whilst we were there but they did replace the water filter bottle when asked also the gas bottle when it got emptied

Unbelievably pretty views from the pool and rooms. Staff were excellent, provided us with packed breakfast for early excursions we’d booked where we’d had to leave before the Monkey Bar opened. Great spa treatments.
Location would be absolutely perfect if you plan to relax. However, the only fault we can give is that as we took many excursions, it was very far from almost all sights in Bali and time spent and money spent on taxis added up. This is on us though and not a fault of the amazing people at Bella Kita!

Its a very special and hidden place, perfect to relax and the staff is amazing. Special thanks to Ketut on the monkey bar. Also do not miss the spa, great treatments. We appriciate everything for all the staff, everyone is super friendly and helpful. Its a real Bali experiance, dont miss it.
