Trivana Sanctuary by Arcada Bali

One of my the most spectacular views of Mt Agung. Very special place, the bamboo house was beautifully designed and made. The pool was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They helped us with scooter hire, house keeping, massages, transfers and more! A unforgettable stay, thank you so much!

Loved the aesthetics and the view of Mount Agung. It’s a beautiful little hide-away in the midst of nature. Room service through WhatsApp. They showed us around the area of ricefields, provided a scooter for rent.

Staff doesn’t really speak English, but they are trying. But this did lead to some miscommunications so breakfast was not provided before we left one day. The room was only cleaned when we asked for it. And it does get quite damp so I would not bring too much stuff and not stay longer than 2-3 nights.

Très bon séjour à Arcada ! La villa était spacieuse et bien entretenue, la piscine très agréable. Idéal si on veut être au calme et proche de la nature et des animaux.

Petit-déjeuner trop léger, obligés de prendre des extras à chaque fois.

Fantastic views, stunning gardens, beautifully crafted villa. Comfortable round bed with mozzie net which was like a snuggle cocoon for us at night time. Room temperature was pleasant, no AC but didn't need it. Pool was cold but only initially - once you're in it's lovely... Don't let that initial freezing stop you. Room service was available, warang about 10min walk or another restaurant at accommodation across the road.

Reception is under construction at present, so you just pull up to nothing and it's unclear where to go from there. The location is remote - you need a driver or a scooter if you stay here as most things are a very long walk away. Ths villas are set within an area that is under heavy construction. At 8pm for well over an hour there was a very very loud engine revving, then heavy music bass from about 10pm. Our third night there wers distressed dogs barking continuously overnight. Hot water ran out after about 5mins any time we showered..... And finally on our last morning zero water at all. Not good for 'luxury' accommodation. Lots of improvements to be made and then hopefully it's wonderful!
