The gardens and the privacy
It was raining and they could not supply an umbrella to use.
No warm water for showers.
Being charged for one cup of powdered milk for our cup of tea.
Food was average and cold, delivered in the rain uncovered.
No cleaning of our room during our 3 nights stay.
