Bamboo Garden Villa Sidemen - Private Pool & Nature View

Die Aussicht der privaten Villa ist wundervoll. Man schaut nur ins Grüne und ist umzingelt von Pflanzen und Bäumen. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Der private Pool sowie das Badezimmer waren ebenso sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und haben uns einen Scooter zur Verfügung gestellt (200k IDR pro Tag, zwar teurer als die Leih-Scooter in der Stadt Sidemem oder Selat, dafür direkt verfügbar), sowie Wäsche gewaschen (105k IDR für 3,5 kg). Die Familie ist über WhatsApp sofort erreichbar und haben direkt geholfen. Sie haben sich sehr Mühe gegeben, dass wir den Aufenthalt besonders genießen. Die Villa ist perfekt zur Sonne ausgerichtet. Morgens scheint die Sonne perfekt auf den Pool. Der überdachte Eingangsbereich ist ab ca. 11 Uhr beschattet, sodass man bspw. auf der Veranda Yoga machen kann. Die Hängematte ist toll. Man kann dort sehr gut entspannen. Allerdings haben wir uns den Rücken mit Kissen und Decken ausgepolstert. Eine Unterlage für die Hängematte wäre perfekt. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Es war eher ein kleineres Frühstück um den ersten Hunger zu stillen. Die Hosts bieten allerdings auch noch Lunch/ Dinner an. In ca. 12 bis 15 Minuten erreicht man Sidemen. In 5 Minuten erreicht man Selat. Die Fahrt dort hin ist einfach. Die Straßen sind mittelmäßig, allerdings war dort auch nicht so viel Verkehr.

Die Dusche hatte lauwarmes bis kühles Wasser. Für die Temperaturen auf Bali war es angenehm bzw. in Ordnung. Eine gute Temperaturregulierung und stärkerer Wasserdruck hat gefehlt. Zudem finden auf dem Gelände zurzeit Bauarbeiten statt. Vermutlich wird dort ein weiteres Bambushaus gebaut. Die Bauarbeiten haben zwischendurch die angenehme Ruhe gestört. Sobald diese abgeschlossen sind, gehe ich davon aus, dass es dort wieder ruhiger ist.

This was exactly the kind of place I was looking for to end my Bali trip. A beautiful, spotlessly clean villa in a peaceful and private setting, surrounded by nature. The owners are a lovely local family who showed genuine Balinese hospitality and care throughout my stay. They even made sure I could get back to the villa safely after dark, which meant a lot to me as a solo traveller. The private pool is large enough to actually swim a few strokes back and forth, which was a wonderful bonus. The breakfast included in the price was also good. I loved the peace, privacy and feeling of being away from it all. There is currently just one villa, with three more under construction, so it’s a small family-run business that I’m happy to support. A little note for future guests: the villa is right in the middle of nature, so you’ll hear the sounds of wildlife, sometimes quite early in the morning. Personally, I didn’t find this disturbing at all; it was part of the experience of staying so close to nature. Sidemen village is about a 20-minute drive away, so you’ll need transport or a scooter to get around. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place. The villa is beautiful, but it’s the warmth and kindness of this lovely family that really made my stay special. I’m so glad I found it!

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about this place. It was exactly what I was looking for, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to end my Bali trip.

La villa est superbe, le personnel est adorable & très disponible. Ils viennent d'ouvrir donc il y a quelques petites améliorations à faire mais dans l'ensemble, le séjour s'est très bien déroulé. Rapport qualité prix très correct.
