A beautiful villa with room for improvement

I really didn’t like that there was no possibility of fully closing the villa, and that it could only be enclosed with curtains. If it happens to rain and the temperature drops during the night, you’re in trouble. We also didn’t like the breakfast at all. Wouldn’t it be better to offer fewer options but focus on quality? A good avocado and salmon toast, Eggs Benedict, etc. The bakery selection was quite poor; you can find the same croissants in almost any roadside supermarket… Another aspect that disappointed me was the massage service. The therapists’ work was impeccable, and they were very professional, but having the massage in the villa instead of on a proper massage bed made the experience uncomfortable both for the guest and for the therapist. I think having a dedicated and appropriate space for massages would make a big difference. I’m sure that with these small improvements, Balikayanas could significantly enhance the overall experience and undoubtedly become one of the best places to stay in its area of Bali.
