Extreme jungle stay, too loud, couldn't stay the night

I can't say much as I end up spending the night but it is in the jungle as you would expect.

I couldn't comment much on the room as I did not stay but this is in the actual jungle. I was there for only 20 minutes and I got more mosquito bites than my entire trip in Bali. The road to the property is extremely rough and high, a little difficult for weak cars and the property is a little difficult to find. The crickets are extremely loud, so loud, I could not hear the person talking next to me. Not sure how people sleep in that. It's not as private as it looks in the picture, the bamboo house next door is actually quite visible and not that far away. The manager and the duty person weren't even at the site, just some workers. I could not stay due to reasons of my own, I did ask the owner for a partial refund, I was willing to take the loss for that night but the manager had no empathy and didn't want to listen to anything I had to say. They just said they can't do anything about it and left me to it. They weren't even willing to consider working anything out with me.

No hair-dryer, water from shower was minimum, pool was dirty, ordered dinner into the villa, dishes weren't taken since breakfast next day, food was poor, massage was very poor, its overpriced, no sinage in the property, no reception, wifi was slow, light switches were wired incorrectly

De huisjes van Jiva Bali zijn geweldig en precies zoals op de foto’s. Het uitzicht is geweldig! Wij verbleven 5 nachten en hebben ons geen dag verveeld.

De locatie is wel wat verder weg van Sidemen ‘centrum’. Wij hebben 4 dagen een scooter gehuurd en vonden het prima om steeds een stukje te rijden, de route is namelijk ook prachtig!

Nie polecam, jesteśmy bardzo zawiedzeni tym miejscem. Cena bardzo wysoka w porównaniu do jakości.

Widok i miła obsługa. Domek i basen jest ok, ale troszkę zaniedbany

Jak tylko przyjechaliśmy zaczęły się problemy. Zepsuty basen, z którego nie mogliśmy korzystać - z filtrów leciała bardzo brudna woda. Personel próbował go przy nas naprawić, przez co przez półtorej godziny nie mieliśmy prywatności. Potem okazało się że światła nie działały,znowu trzeba było zwrócić się do personelu. Śniadania ok , ale bardzo przeciętne. Nie polecam jednak siedzieć w części zwanej restauracja , gdyż cały personel siedzi tam i pali papierosy (nawet gdy jedliśmy śniadanie). Właściciela tam nie ma, przez wiadomość na whatsapp zaproponowano nam zmianę domku -dopiero na następny dzień ( gdzie nasz pobyt to było 2 noce). Dostaliśmy w rekompensacie kolację, jedzenie było okej - ale musieliśmy czekać na nie ponad godzinę. Nie wiem dlaczego bo gości w Jiva prawie nie było. Do tego dwa zamówione świeże soki pomarańczowe były mieszaniną resztki soku i wody , co było tragedia. Skonsumowały je mrówki i muchy, bo dla nas to po prostu oszustwo. Tak nie smakuje ani nie wygląda świeży sok. Czysto w domku nie było,włosy pod prysznicem po poprzednich gościach.

-sehr schöne Lage -große Villa -Preis entsprechend -leckeres Abendessen

-Sehr schwer zu finden (keine genauere Adresse im System angelegt) -entstehende Missverständnisse bei der Kommunikation durch unzureichender English-Kenntnissen des Personals -das Frühstück war katastrophal -nicht komplett privat auf der Terrasse (man sieht teilweise anderen Gästen) -sehr hellhörig
