Bamboo House - Ecobreeze

La villa es muy bonita y original y el servicio muy atento. Para pasar un día entero bien, pero está muy retirado de todo y no llega Grab.

Falta de limpieza. Muy retirado.

Struttura interamente in bamboo molto bella, spaziosa e bellissima piscina personale molto gentile sempre disponibile ad accontentare ogni richiesta, Ottimi i sevizi offerti (massaggi, transfer, cena/pranzo noleggio scooter)

Pulizia pessima, lenzuola ed asciugamani macchiati, meglio non specificare da cosa Posizione molto isolata, non ci sono grab nella zona Molto rumorosa, continuo via vai di motorini tutti giorno e la notte, lavori in corso nella struttura che impediscono anche di avere la privacy che ci si aspetta da questo tipo di alloggio

We had a pleasant stay at Ecobreeze Bamboo House. Although it is smaller than some other bamboo houses we have stayed in, it is still a lovely place with a spacious swimming pool and a comfortable atmosphere. One feature we particularly appreciated was that the bedroom is fully enclosed with walls and windows, which offers more privacy and protection from insects.

The location is quite secluded, and it was a little difficult to find after dark, so arriving during daylight would probably make the experience easier. Communication regarding breakfast was handled through WhatsApp, but unfortunately there were a few misunderstandings. When breakfast was delivered, my wife's order was missing, which was a little disappointing.

The staff were wonderful and willing to help at any notice. They were the highlight. We also made a stray cat friend. Breakfast is included.

We would have appreciated notice from the hotel that there is active construction happening right next door. The booking was non refundable (with no other choice) and we feel this is because they are trying to pull the wool over guests heads. The construction is very loud for most of the day. When we arrived we could not relax by the pool because the noise was constant. We understand construction has to happen, it is the lack of notice from the management that annoys us. So BEWARE for anyone staying in the next few months. This is not as relaxing or quiet as everyone says in the reviews. The construction site opposite our villa was tall enough that workers could see into the outdoor shower. I felt very unsafe as a woman showering as I caught the workers watching me several times. Simple things like having hooks for towels etc in the showers and supplying hand towels are a few things this place misses. There is no restaurant on site (that is planned). The location is a fair distance from Sideman which would be fine, if you were able to relax in peaceful surroundings. Or if you had been told it wouldnt be as advertised; organsied drivers or scooters to escape the construction and spying. Sideman is a beautiful part of Bali but this accommodation has put a bad taste in our mouths.
