We stayed only one night, even though we had booked for two. I think that says everything about how bad our stay was.

Beautiful villa but poorly maintained and dishonest owner

Dishonest owner. Our only bad experience in all of Indonesia. I do not recommend this villa for several reasons. The first is that the hygiene is questionable, the sheets are certainly not cleaned, we had lots of hair and fur in the bed + lots of traces of blood on the mosquito nets. Another point is that this villa is not made for rainy days. We were unlucky and arrived on a rainy day. The villa was soaked, the sheets and towels were very humid, even the chairs/tables were unusable, not to mention the lightning that would not let us swim in the pool. Therefore, we had asked for a gesture of goodwill from the owner who came on site to compensate us for the night because we unfortunately did not get what we had paid for. We understood that this was not possible, in this case, we would have left for accommodation sheltered from the rain and canceled/requested a full refund for the night. He agreed to give us back a part of the night, so we decided to stay. The next day, he told me via WhatsApp that he would receive the booking money on June 15th and that he would therefore refund us at that time. Without any problem, we waited and came back to him as requested. It turns out that the owner sent us packing by inventing lies, we will never see the color of our money. Therefore, we do not recommend it.

Fairytale 🧚🏻‍♂️

This was one of the most beautiful and unique place I have ever seen, and I have been traveling around the world and I visited so many palaces and countries. The place is unbelievable, everything you see on photos, it is even better in live. Owner and the stuff were super kind, nice and polite! If I could give more than 10, I would!

Peaceful stay in the middle of jungle

It’s very picturesque, exactly as shown in the description. The staff is amazing, responsive and takes care of everything

Proximity to necessary locations like marts, cafe etc however that was taken care of by the staff, they provided us with the menu of nearby restaurants for food orders.

Bel posto ma con tanti problemi

Struttura molto bella, come in foto, nuovissima. Panorama davvero speciale e le strade per arrivarci davvero belle. La piscina è grande anche se era troppo freddo per utilizzarla. L’host è stato molto carino sia prima che durante il soggiorno ma, per la media dell’Isola, il servizio lascia molto a desiderare. La colazione buona anche se poco varia.

La camera non dovrebbe essere affittata per 4 persone. Il letto sotto è all’aperto, escluse le tende, ma nella zona faceva molto freddo la notte. Ho chiesto coperte in più ma non ne avevano nemmeno per il giorno dopo. Abbiamo ordinato la cena tramite l’host ma nella casa ci sono solo due sedie! E non ne avendo altre. Così come c’erano solo set di asciugamani per due e tre (?) bicchieri. Casa sconsigliata per chi ha bambini. Inoltre la casa è molto isolata e la zona non dà grande idea di sicurezza. Ci sono altre bamboo house non distanti ma sono organizzate in gruppi e hanno un ristorante interno (che non prende esterni). È impossibile mangiare nei dintorni se non si ha un mezzo proprio. I taxi non arrivano alla casa. Insomma: cercate altrove… se volete state tranquilli. Dispiace ma dovrebbero organizzarsi meglio. In più mancano piccole attenzioni di pulizia e arredamento che mostrano poca cura (fiori di plastica sul tavolo, pentole vecchie e rovinate, lenzuola macchiate, zanzariere sporche, manca il sapone per le mani,…)

Immersa nella natura. Doccia con ottima pressione e temperatura. Casa esteticamente bella.

Lenzuola e biancheria sporche. Servizio scarso, nessun kit di igiene, saponi o ciabattine. Nessun ristorante o servizio nelle vicinanze. Servizio di ristorazione pessimo (colazione sempre fredda e scadente). Molto rumore a causa della strada e di cantieri nelle vicinanze. Non servita da taxi convenzionali, ma solo taxi locali molto costosi.

Fotoğraftakilerin aynısıydı. Yeni, temiz, sessiz ve konforluydu. Kahvaltıdaki çeşitlilikten memnun kaldık. Güler yüzlü personeller çok ilgiliydi. Her konuda yardım ettiler. Motor ve araba kiralamada çok yardımcı oldular. Wifi çekim gücü iyiydi. Şehrin kalabalığından uzak doğayla içiçe dinlenmek için ideal bir villa. Devi,Sumerta ve Komang’a ilgilerinden dolayı teşekkür ederiz

Mooie villa

Prachtig uitzicht, prachtig huis, fijn zwembad. Lekker ontbijt. Fijne samenwerking met het restaurant waar je eten kan bestellen via app.

S'nachts naar de wc erg donker, met de trap naar beneden en over kiezelstenen dus moet schoenen aan. Als je niet houdt van scooter rijden ben je erg afhankelijk van de tours.

Es como estar en un sueño

Todo! La habitación es increíble. Mires donde mires hay sitios para hacer fotos! Las vistas son fantásticas. El servicio de 10! Las camadas super cómodas. A pesar de estar en un concepto abierto, no hay muchos insectos. Los atardeceres y amaneceres son de ensueño.

El ruido de la carretera y de los gallos por la noche. Pero nada que no solucione unos tapones por la noche, algo que es imprescindible en Bali.

Une nuit originale avec une très belle vue mais rapport qualité/prix moyen.

Superbe architecture, villa agréable et originale, belle piscine et superbe vue.

Je croyais être au milieu de la nature mais la villa est proche d’une route passante et assez éloignée du reste. Le service n’est pas au top : 2 serviettes pour 4 ( mais on nous en a apporté deux autres), 1 seule fourchette, des taches « propres » sur les draps et la moustiquaire. Un peu cher pour la prestation.

Здравствуйте. Был наш первый приезд на Бали, решили заселится в данную виллу, из-за красивых видов и фото на Букинге. По самому дому никаких нареканий, всё красиво, виды хорошие, здание и прилегающая территория тоже. Вопрос к персоналу, при уборке дома, пока не попросили не поменяли полотенца на свежие, предложили нам своего водителя, так как место достаточно удаленное от городов и находится в деревне, то добраться достаточно много времени уходит, такси туда проблемно вызвать, вечером вовсе не реально. В общем этот водитель нас в итоге обманул, при поездке с ним в магазин, он в наглую попросил продавца добавить в стоимость товара свой интерес, что в итоге сделал. В итоге это всё выяснилось, так как я изначально знал цену товара, но продавец утверждал что у них цены повысились. Написал администратору по имени Devy, приложил доказательства об этом факте мошенничества, в итоге ничего не решили с этим водителем, никакого возмещения ущерба не получил. Так что в итоге остался большой осадок об этом месте. Место само хорошее и красивое, но персонал оставляет желать лучшего. Не советую обращаться, так как это портит всё впечатление о проживании. И кстати завтрак довольно скудный, за такую стоимость по меню пару вариантов еды только, включая фруктовую нарезку, сок якобы фреш, который очень не вкусный оказался, из трёх дней на третий день завтрак у нас просто остался практически не тронутым..

Magique

Magnifique, une expérience à vivre au moins une fois en venant à Bali, une vue à couper le souffle un personnel au petit soin, magique Devy est adorable et très attentive au bon déroulement du séjour

Un environnement un peu bruyant, c’est un lieu ou séjourner une ou deux nuits pas plus selon moi pour apprécier la vue car nous sommes réveillé tôt par les cigales et les bruits de la route aux alentours mais l’expérience en vaut le détour
