A magical retreat surrounded by nature, offering breathtaking views and unforgettable family moments

The views over the rice paddies and majestic Mount Agung are absolutely breathtaking. This villa has a truly unique vibe—fully immersed in nature, with the magical feeling that the entire stretch of rice fields all the way to the mountain peak is yours alone. The layout is private and secluded, with different areas thoughtfully scattered around, giving our family plenty of spaces to enjoy together and separately. The bathroom is beautifully designed, and access from the parking area is straightforward. To our surprise, there were no mosquitoes at all—despite being right above wet rice paddies. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Our three kids loved it, and even with our youngest being just three years old, we felt completely safe.

This villa is nestled right in the heart of nature, so you’ll hear the natural sounds of the night that come with it. If you’re a light sleeper, bringing earplugs might help you fully enjoy the peaceful setting.

Overall great place and beautiful location would recommend

A stunningly beautiful location right in the middle of rice fields and view to Mount Agung. The location is very picturesque. Beautiful sunset and sunrise view. The property is also very nice and cozy with great food menu. Perfect for relaxation if you have exhausted travelling in Bali would really recommend to stay here at last to give your trip a perfect relaxation after.

The rice terrace are public, so you will see the locals and other tourist roaming around, and they can see the pool and the air bed, so would feel little less private. It would be nice to create some fence around the pool area to hide it from the public area. We felt uncomfortable going in the pool due to people going around the rice fields and they can directly see us through.

Perfect bamboo experience with a great view

Everything was fantastic. The place was clean, very well maintained, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and well maintained. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment. We especially loved the hammock and the net on the second floor, which offered a spectacular view of Mount Agung and the surrounding rice fields. Even though it’s an open space concept, the bedroom has bamboo walls and windows that keep insects out. We also met the owner in the morning who was a very kind and friendly person.

Traumhafte Aussicht mit Hygienemängel

Das Bambushaus ist wunderschön gelegen mit einmaligem Blick auf das Reisfeld und den Vulkan Gunung Agung. Es ist grosszügig und der Pool mit der dazugehörigen Rutschbahn war für die Kinder ein besonderes Erlebnis. In der Nacht kühlt es wunderbar ab und man kann von daher angenehm schlafen im Bambushaus. Am Morgen ist der Ausblick auf die Umgebung traumhaft. Man kann Essen bestellen und die Kürbissuppe mit Ingwer war sehr lecker.

Uns ist bewusst, dass es ein offenes Bambushaus inmitten der Natur ist. Dennoch war das Bambushaus in einem schlecht gereinigten Zustand. Insbesondere der Kühlschrank war innen sehr schmutzig und roch stark. Ich denke, dass das Innere eines Kühlschrankes auch bei so einem Haus sauber sein dürfte. Die Bettwäsche, Frottewäsche und Kissen hatten überall Flecken und auch die Moskitosnetze über den Betten waren voller Flecken und teils voller Schimmel. Zudem wurde erst nach unserer Aufforderung am Ende des zweiten Tages die Bettwäsche gewechselt, als wir bereits einen Ausschlag auf der Haut hatten. In einem Bett hatte es auch Ameisen. Erst dann wurde auch mal der Abfall geleert und minimal gereinigt. Für den Preis des Hauses, hätten wir mehr Sauberkeit und Reinigung erwartet. Insgesamt hatten wir in allen anderen Unterkünften engagiertere und herzlichere Gastgeber als hier. Das Frühstück war mehrmals nicht so verfügbar wie auf der Karte angeboten und die Qualität der Speisen war mittelmässig. Und es hat wirklich SEHR viele Frösche, einige Gekkos und andere Kleintiere, welche sich nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit überall im Haus aufhalten. Auch im Schlafzimmer und über dem Bett. Die Frösche sind sehr laut während der gesamten Nacht. Man muss das schon mögen bzw. darf sich nicht fürchten vor all diesen Tieren. Fazit: Ein einmaliges Erlebnis mit diesem fantastischen Ausblick, aber ich würde nicht wieder buchen. Ich denke, dass es vergleichbare Unterkünfte gibt, welche in einem saubereren Zustand sind.

Emplacement idyllique, sans vis à vis, au milieu de la jungle et des rizières.

À savoir qu’il y a des petites grenouilles partout dans le logement dès que la nuit tombe, dans les chambres aussi puisque la maison est ouverte. Moustiquaires en très bon état indispensables! Pensez aux bouchons d’oreilles si vous avez le sommeil fragile :)

Un vrai moment de détente !

Cest vraiment un cadre idyllique, un vraiment de détente absolue, nous n'avons dormi qu'une nuit mais à refaire nous y serions restés plus longtemps. La vue sur le mont Agung est splendide. Nous avons pris un massage balinais d'1h, cetait vraiment top ! La literie était bonne, tout le nécessaire de toilette en suffisance était présent. Petit-déjeuner et repas du soir très bons. Bref c'était parfait !

La piscine était froide. Je conseille des boules quies pour la nuit car les grenouilles font la fête la nuit

La vue sublime avec le mont Agung, la beauté +++ de cette maison, sa piscine, la bonne cuisine du restaurant, l’amabilité du personnel.

Pour le prix payé, le breakfast est plutôt léger par rapport à d’autres logements où bien il faut payer en supplément. Une cuisine où vous ne pouvez pas cuisiner vous même car les ustensiles sont quasi inexistants. Il manque un petit étendage pour faire sécher les serviettes de piscine quand on reste plusieurs jours.

Un séjour parfait dans un havre de paix

Nous avons adoré l’environnement, en plein milieu des rizières avec la vue sur le mont agung ! Le personnel était au petit soin et d’une extrême gentillesse. La maison est très bien agencé et la piscine est super ! Un petit havre de paix, idéal pour se ressourcer !
