Camaya Bali - Magical Bamboo Houses

Three of us stayed in the Two bedroom Suboya villa for two nights and it was spectacular. Very responsive via WhatsApp with great service. I have no idea how they can keep the grounds and the villas as spotlessly clean as they do whilst being so outside and nature-based. We had room service one night and breakfast both mornings which were great. I would highly recommend - photos don’t do it justice, and the taxi from Kuta here was only around £20 so well worth the journey.

Absolutely nothing - they had thought of everything from bug spray to the film projector, and even gave you rose petals for the pool. No negative feedback at all.

Incredible. Surreal scenery. Almost feels like paradise when you first enter your villa. Amazing, thoughtful and honestly sometimes even invisible stuff that was ready to help you with anything you might need.

just everything was well designed. I loved the attention to detail. the materials used. everything was perfect. the view was amazing, the saune was a great bonus and the food was excellent. especially the banana cake was out of this world and the ribs!

you could hear the neighbours being loud and blasting the projector with a movie next door. the brownie was a bit dry.

• Had a less positive experience with the receptionist, who could have been more patient and accommodating • Jacuzzi heating was not working due to a gas outage • Location is a bit remote; taxis are sometimes reluctant to go there, so I had to offer a higher tip to get there and back • I expected more flowers in the jacuzzi, as shown in the photos • Originally planned to stay longer but decided to try a different accommodation due to these minor issues
