Come for the views, and the experience
Views are 10/10. Property was exactly like photos advertised. The hot tub works well, was hoping there'd be flower petals like the photos however none. Both showers in both rooms are open air, adds to the ambiance of being in the nature. Service is amazing as whatever problems we had we resolved promptly. Whatsapp communications are great, the team is responsive. Floating breakfasts cost extra, however you could always opt to borrow the floating basket (foc) and have your normal breakfast that way. It was relaxing to spend 2 nights in the nature.
Breakfasts were truly disappointing. The choices were plenty, however the taste is a huge miss (salting it more would help). Eggs benedict, big breakfast, homemade bread were amongst the few hot options we're tried and knew not to order again, instead opted for the granola or smoothie bowls the next morning. In photos the second bedroom seemed a lot larger. It's disappointing to see that it's tiny in real life, leaving nearly no space to walk aside from the bed. The floor was also very slippery however the team quickly rectified it by adding lots of antislip. For context, 2 adults have slipped and fell at the very same spot.

A truly unforgettable stay — breathtaking views, exceptional staff, and the most beautiful “in-nature” villas
• The view is unforgettable. Waking up to that scenery and spending evenings looking out over the landscape felt like a dream. • Peaceful area (as peaceful as Bali gets). It’s quiet and relaxing, but it’s still Bali — you may occasionally hear distant cars, and because the villas are open to nature, at night you hear insects and the jungle around you. For us, it was part of the magic. • The staff are incredibly kind and professional. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely warm, helpful, and respectful — their hospitality was honestly almost intimidating in how sincere it was. • They remembered every guest. They quickly learned all our names, recognized who was who, and even remembered individual dietary restrictions and allergies without us needing to repeat anything. That level of care makes you feel genuinely looked after. • Fast communication via WhatsApp. During the hours stated in their information, their response time was immediate. Every question or request was handled quickly and calmly. • Outstanding kitchen team. We changed our minds more than once about meals and plans, and they handled everything with patience and a smile — always finding a solution. • Amazing care with dietary needs (lactose intolerance). They took our restrictions seriously, even with small details: after housekeeping we sometimes received treats, and they would bring a separate plate with lactose-free cookies just for us. That level of thoughtfulness is rare. • Daily proactive care (not just “on request”). Every day, without us even asking, they offered: • Mosquito control / preparing the villa for the night (so fewer insects would want to come inside), • Jacuzzi cleaning to keep the water fresh and clean daily, • and they asked so many detailed questions about food preferences and ingredients to make sure everything was perfect and safe. • No pressure for tips. No one ever asked or hinted at tips.

Beautiful and peaceful place with delicious breakfast and friendly staff, though the receptionist was not very welcoming
• Beautiful, peaceful location in nature • Remote and quiet, great for relaxing • Most staff are very kind and professional • Breakfast was delicious • Beautiful design, architecture
• Had a less positive experience with the receptionist, who could have been more patient and accommodating • Jacuzzi heating was not working due to a gas outage • Location is a bit remote; taxis are sometimes reluctant to go there, so I had to offer a higher tip to get there and back • I expected more flowers in the jacuzzi, as shown in the photos • Originally planned to stay longer but decided to try a different accommodation due to these minor issues
