So close to historic area, transportation, and also quiet; highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment is extremely close to everywhere I wanted to be. It’s one block to the museum, a block and a half to the gardens, close to transportation, yet removed enough away from the really touristy area to feel more peaceful, and this apartment is extraordinarily quiet. I like that it has a kitchen, the bed was comfortable, and once again, I really love how quiet it is. I also appreciated the excellent communication from the host. Last, as a woman traveling alone, the building felt really secure. Oh, and it has an elevator!

It’s wonderful for me, and I think it’s excellent for a single and or a couple, but if somebody really needed a second bed, they might find the futon couch a bit lacking.

Me gustaron las instalaciones, ubicación, limpieza y confort en general, es un alojamiento muy moderno y renovado. Lo recomiendo mucho!

SUGIERO renovar el colchón de la cama porque es un poco duro y después de algunas noches duele la espalda.

Solo pediría que dejara un trapo de cocina para poder limpiar adecuadamente y dejar el piso como ella nos lo dejó.

La situation géographique est parfaite et les instructions pour trouver les clés sont très claires. Le logement était propre.

L'appartement manque de fonctionnalités, équipements vraiment minimalistes (pas de torchon, de ciseaux, café...). La séparation entre le coin nuit et le salon se fait par une porte aux vitres transparentes, donc si les deux ne veulent pas se coucher en même temps c'est compliqué. Le chauffage se trouve juste en dessous de longs rideaux, pas très rassurant niveau sécurité. Je pense que certains points peuvent être a améliorer.

Todo lo necesario.

La ubicación del piso y el espacio muy buenos. La cama grande muy cómoda y el piso limpio. No tuvimos que esperar al llegar y la anfitriona muy amable.

El sofá cama era un poco incómodo, se notaban las planchas de madera. En el salón al tener cortinas finas entraba la luz pronto por la mañana. Como sugerencia se podría poner un bote pequeño de gel en la ducha, aparte del de champú.

L'emplacement au centre ville. L'ascenseur pour le 3eme étage. L'appartement refait à neuf.

Les moustiques!! Je n'avais pas prévu de prises anti moustiques et visiblement les propriétaires non plus. Dommage! J'ai passé une 1ère nuit difficile, les moustiques ont gagné. J'ai acheté une prise ensuite mais je trouve qu'il devrait y en avoir une dans l'appartement. Le lit est peu confortable en plus.

Parfait !!!

Très bien situé, appartement calme dans un vieil immeuble très charmant qui garde la fraîcheur en période caniculaire ! Une mention spéciale pour la propreté de l'appartement, c'était nickel ! L'hôte est à l'écoute et disponible pour les variations d'horaires. Bref, c'était parfait, je recommande !!

Rien à voir avec l'appartement, mais attention au stationnement ! Quand on ne connaît pas Nantes, on ne s'attend pas à ce que ce soit si compliqué (et cher) de stationner en voiture. A prévoir à l'avance !

Très calme et très bien situé. Quelques points d'amélioration niveau confort.

Studio spacieux, il y a de la place pour cuisiner et se reposer. Logement très au calme, dans un quartier calme, dans un immeuble calme, et dans l'arrière-cour (j'ai le sommeil léger et je n'ai jamais été réveillée). Cuisine neuve et équipée du nécessaire, très propre. Bien situé, juste en face de la cathédrale et à 100m du château.

Il est temps de changer les oreillers qui sont tout plats et durs ! Ainsi que les serviettes, qui sont très rêches et sentent le moisi. Le pommeau de douche avait de la moisissure (j'ai gratté avec mon ongle car pas de produit de nettoyage à disposition).

Відмінне місцерозсташування: і в центрі, і біля вокзалу, і біля трамваю, але зовсім немає шуму чи підозрілих людей. Немає зайвих старих речей від хазяїв чи минулих постояльців.

Друге ліжко - це зовсім не ліжко, а те що залишилось від нього. Фото не відповідає дійсності. Після нього дуже болить спина.

Emplacement proche gare et centre ville, très bien. Appartement calme et confortable. Hôte accueillante qui a pris en compte les spécificités "famille" (lit bébé, matelas en plus au sol pour jeune enfant).
