Emilie hat uns empfangen (kein hässlicher Schlüsseltresor!) und die Wohnung inklusive Tiefgaragenstellplatz (im Preis enthalten) im Haus gezeigt und übergeben. Freundlich und kompetent, perfektes Englisch. Lage perfekt, zu den 'Maschinen' und Altstadt über die Fußgängerbrücke. Moderne Ausstattung, gute Qualität. Interessanter neuer Stadtteil.
