Good place to stay in Nantes

Nice apartment in a quiet area of the city. Walking distance to Les Machines de l'Ile, Le Jardin Extraordinaire, and other key tourist sites. Relatively close tram station. Very good online communication with the management. Easy access upon arrival.

The apartment was rather smelly and could very much use a deep clean.

Clean and tidy with new fixtures and fittings. Stylish interior, very comfy master bed. The fan was a godsend but could do with another for lounge sleepers. Shower was good.

Ground floor apartment on the corner of the street. As it’s street facing, the metal shutters have to be closed, so you don’t get much natural light or fresh air. Feels pokey. Location not bad, about 20 minutes walk to centre of Nantes, but some unsavoury types on surrounding streets which when arriving on a Sunday night, was a bad first impression for us. Shower water pours onto bathroom floor when you shower and TV wasn’t easiest to master.

cute modern apartment located 15min from the town center

the deposit was exorbitant the lockbox had issues which the property managers tried to resolve quickly we had to wash the dishes and take out the trash and remove bed sheets, so not sure why a deposit was taken if we’re expected to act as housekeepers?

Es un apartamento muy acogedor. Está limpio y hay utensilios suficientes.

Es un bajo. Entras directamente de la calle. Puede parecer poco seguro. Las ventanas no se pueden abrir y si quieres ventilar la estancia debes mantener abierta la puerta que da a la acera. En julio la calle estaba poco transitada, pero daba sensación de inseguridad.

Apartamento pequeño pero bien organizado y decorado con gusto.

Apartamento pequeño pero bien distribuído que aprovecha todo el espacio disponible y hace bastante cómoda la estancia. Para una pareja es perfecto, para cuatro personas como era nuestro caso únicamente valdría si se trata de un mismo núcleo familiar, ya que para dos parejas no hay intimidad (la habitación tiene un cristal y se ve desde el salón) La localización no es la mejor pero tampoco la peor, es correcta. A unos 30 min caminando del centro, o algo menos. Tiene lavadora. Tienen un pequeño detalle de bienvenida. Bien equipado. Comunicación con los propietarios sin problemas.

La isla central de la comida y los taburetes están pensados para que coman dos personas a la vez y no cuatro. El tendedero es algo pequeño y al no tener espacio exterior cuesta un poco que seque la ropa. Son detalles poco importantes, en general la estancia es agradable.

J'ai passé un agréable séjour de 5 nuits tout confort, le décor harmonieux et superbe, très propre. Le lit excellent. Bien situé, à pied 500 mètres au tram. A recommander !
