More towels and not such tired ones. We were there for 5 nights with one large and one small towel each. No linens for drying dishes. It was cool in the mornings so some heat would have been nice. A light on the deck coming into the place would be a very good idea. Very hard to see in the dark.

Large very clean comfortable apartment in a great location.

The large, very clean apartment is located in a great neighborhood close to restaurants, stores, museums, and historical sites. The apartment had everything we needed for a nice comfortable visit to Nantes. The host was responsive, kind, and provided a good in-person overview. We highly recommend the apartment and would gladly return.

The location is absolutely perfect, and the flat was in a charming building. Corrinne's instructions on how to find the flat were perfect - especially as if you are on your own and it is late at night it would have been impossible without them! When booking private apartments on airbnb, as a guest you need to be a bit flexible - such as collecting keys from a different location. If you need anything it isn't as simple as speaking to someone in reception.

Brilliant location and helpful staff

Fantastic location, great apartment. The managers were so helpful, particularly being flexible when we needed to get back into the room briefly after having left. Merci beaucoup!!!

Fab locatio and apartment but beware of picking up the keys

Great location in the pedestrian centre of Nantes. After Google research we parked at Mediatheque car park which is maybe 300m away. However be aware it is closed and locked on Sunday. collecting the apartment key was not great as we had to walk 800m to a hotel to pick them up, then 800m back. I have told the owner that this is obviously not acceptable.

Nice family stay

great location and spacious. cool to have a private terraces. The owner was super helpful in arranging an hotel lobby nearby railway station to keep our luggage after we check out from the appartement.

if you have heavy luggage there is couple of stairs but most of it is easily accessible by the small lift

it has no windows and is rather dark. There is only the patio door. The flat has no heating. it was also rather strange that we were given only one small towel each and when we asked for more they said no!

Great comfortable and modern flat in great location, ideal to visit Nantes! Would love to come back

Great host, was on time and helpful as we'd had an issue with a stolen bag on our way from the airport prior to our arrival, and the host also helped us through the week passing on messages from the city hall found objects where someone had brought back the bag and some of its content. Really appreciated the effort. He also checked through the week to see if everything was ok. The flat has great beds and great bed linens. Great lighting and comfort; The flat is extremely well situated in Nantes. The wifi is working!

Cleaning products and toiletries were missing, despite being listed on the ad. A mop would have been useful. Previous tenants hadn't really cleaned the utensils and maybe a more thorough cleaning service in between clients would have been welcome! Also the "breakfast included" was disappointing as it was only a few tea bags and 4 coffee pods. Sadly no phone signal in the flat but maybe because of the location, difficult to get.

De ligging is perfect, het is schoon en netjes. De bedden liggen goed.

Dat er geen ramen in het woon/eetgedeelte zitten. Alleen een deur van glas waardoor je niet echt daglicht ziet. Miste direct daglicht

Logement très bien entretenu, literie confortable. Appartement décoré avec gout et fonctionnel. Petit bémol : pas de fenêtre dans le salon mais en comme j'y étais en soirée cela ne m'a pas dérangé. L'appartement est idéalement situé dans Nantes. Joli plus : un petit extérieur où l'on peut prendre son petit déjeuner... quand il fait beau !

Limpeza nao foi efetuada vendo dentro das gavetas lixo, o forno muito sujo, loiça a apegar, rodapes cheios de pó, debaixo da cama parece que nao foi limpo à 1 ano, espelho quarto sujo, roupa da cama com pó, pó pendurdo no encosto da cama, sofá todo sujo nas almofadas e no meio das mesmas

ESTUPENDO APTO EN EL CENTRO (CON NOMBRE MUY LARGO ;-) ), QUE OFRECE COMODIDAD Y CONFORTABILIDAD

El apartamento está muy bien estructurado: salón-cocina amplio, dos dormitorios, baño amplio y pasillos. Reformado, con colores claros y bien equipamiento de cocina y armarios. Las camas son muy confortables. Tiene un pequeño patio interior que no pudimos usar debido al mal tiempo. La entrada al apartamento es muy bonita, en un edificio antiguo, hay un acceso a otro patio interior comunitario (mas espacioso) donde hay otros apartamentos en la planta baja. La localización no puede ser mejor, en pleno Centro de Nantes, con acceso a plazas, edificios emblemáticos y restaurantes y cafeterías donde desayunar y comer. Lo recomiendo 100% para todo tipo de familias y grupo de amigos. Es muy confortable. Mary nos atendió a la llegada y fue una extraordinaria anfitriona, solucionándonos todos las preguntas que le hicimos. Un 10 por ella.

La única pega, es que es interior y tiene poca luz (también por el clima de Nantes), Pero como de días estuvimos casis siempre fuera, casi no lo notamos. Tampoco nos solucionaron el problema del equipaje del ultimo día, ya que teníamos que dejar el apto a las 11 h y nuestro vuelo salía a las 19:00h. Yo consulté unos días antes esta situación y hasta el ultimo día no me respondieron, y cuando lo hicieron fue con una negativa. Creo que tenían que haber contestado antes.

Muy bien situado, con lavadora, grandes armarios y muy acondicionado. Mary muy agradable y atenta a todo lo que necesitaramos.
