Lovely apartment in a perfect location.

Perfect location, great facilities, modern and comfortable.

The stairs were a lot but our kids made a great game out of it. In reality it was fine.

The stay was enjoyable, but the heat and lack of sleep took its toll, not suitable for old people.

The location was good, but very noisy, due to heat wave we had to keep windows open, which mean no getting to sleep before bars closed at 02:30.

The noise from bars and restaurants which was not mentioned. The stairs and lack of lift, again not mentioned in listing. Only one portable fan even though told there was two, agent did not answer 2 text messages, we had to buy our own second fan. The couch was the most uncomfortable I have ever sat on.

Very good kitchen! Comfy beds. Renovated bathroom. Cute decor. Overall a comfy stay.

The location was great but very loud with the surrounding bars. It is good for a short stay but not having normal windows and very short ceilings can be tiring after a while.

Nice apartment in the city centre

Host very friendly and helpful. Close to city centre and supermarket. Train station only a 10 minute walk away.

Room on top floor, so a lot of steps to walk up. Communal staircase needs a lick of paint

Wohnung sollte nicht zur Vermietung angeboten werden.

Höchst unerfreulicher Aufenthalt mit Hygiene- und Sicherheitsmängel. Das Appartement befindet sich in einem sanierungsbedürftigen Haus auf der 3. Etage in einer Straße mit Restaurants und Kneipen. Lärm bis nachts um 3 Uhr. Unangenehmer Geruch, vor allem im Badezimmer. Das Öffnen der Dachfenster zum Lüften gestaltet sich teilweise als schwierig. Im heruntergekommenen Hausflur und im Appartement befinden sich Köderdosen für Ratten. Die Eingangstür ließ sich nicht schließen und ein Obdachloser hat vor der Wohnungstür genächtigt und seine Bedürfnisse auf dem Treppenabsatz hinterlassen. Durchdringender Gestank. Die Agentur hat die Tür nach 2 Tagen repariert, aber den Flur nicht gereinigt. Wir waren zum Zeitpunkt der Vermietung, Ende August, alleine im Haus und haben uns nicht sicher gefühlt.

La ubicación es buena y céntrica. El apartamento muy bien provisto y la decoración muy bonita.

Hay que subir bastantes escaleras y al ser abuhardillado por la noche hace calor. En un tramo de la escalera no encontramos luz suficiente.
