- You’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to strolling around and visiting the most beautiful monuments (the superb Château des Ducs de Bretagne, the Place Royale and its pretty fountain, or the Place Graslin and its famous theatre)
- Les Machines de l’île, with its famous elephant, is 4 tram stops away (1.5 km)

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the “Feydeau” public pay-and-display car park, 100 metres away, or in the Île Gloriette car park

- Nearest airport: Nantes Airport, about a 16-minute drive (10.5 km)
- The three tram lines are just a stone’s throw away, as are numerous bus routes stopping at “Commerce”. You’re a 5-minute tram ride from Nantes SNCF railway station (get off at “Bouffay” or “Commerce”).
- You can also use the ‘Les Bicloos’ bike-share scheme (there’s a station just 2 minutes from the flat).
