About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is offering this ideally situated flat for rent in the heart of Nantes, just 5 minutes from Talensac Market on Cours des 50 Otages. L’Armstrong is the perfect little retreat. With a floor area of 53 m² and tastefully furnished throughout, you’ll feel right at home in this fully renovated flat! Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
Located on the first floor (no lift), you’ll be charmed by its layout and décor.
The property is laid out as follows:
- An entrance hall opening onto the living area.
- A very well-equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, 4-ring ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster).
- A living room featuring a television, internet connection and a digital piano for music lovers. There is also a comfortable sofa bed.
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) overlooking the courtyard, in a quiet location.
- A pleasant and practical en-suite bathroom within the bedroom.
- A separate toilet.
For your comfort, we also provide a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, and we offer a few Nespresso coffee capsules and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.
Ideally located, you can enjoy the Talensac market, the flea markets on Place Viarme and the city centre! It’s just a 5-minute walk to our famous Château des Ducs de Bretagne or the Île de Versailles on the banks of the Erdre.
Transport:
- The ‘50 otages’ tram stop is 1 minute away.
- You can also use the self-service bikes known as ‘Bicloos’!
- For the airport, a shuttle bus is available from “Commerce” (2 minutes’ walk from the flat); the journey takes about twenty minutes.
The L'Armstrong accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team, who will show you round the flat, explain how everything works and hand over the keys.

Armstrong This apartment has much to recommend it: excellent location, clean, comfortable bed, quiet bedroom. Based on the first six days of our nine-day stay, we would have rated it five stars. However, for the last three days, a very unpleasant smell of sewage emanated from the shower drain. Perhaps this was a temporary problem?
