Lucia - Appt sur l'Île Feydeau au cœur de Nantes

The location is great to enjoy Nantes at its best. The place has all you need, even laundry! Also coffee machine and some coffe pods for the stay, which was very nice. The place is located close to grocery markets which was very convenient too.

The place has some maintenance issues. Like the window that goes to the front (facing the hospital) doesn't close well and hence some noise can enter during night. No much paper towel or sanitary paper was supplied. For says longer than 3 days additional supplies should be provided. The appartment is in the last floor (3rd floor) but it was manageable to go upstairs. Also, the appartment has no AC and only a minimum fan (which was dirty), not good for hot seasons! The check in process can be tedious if booked in Booking since the appartment manager doesn't seem to receive the messages that are sent directly to the app. We had to reach to reach out to the person by Whatsapp and had to wait a lot to check in due to this issue. However, Maria Ines was very nice once we met her.
