L'Idéal - Cité des Congrès

Appartement cosy, très bien équipé avec mises à disposition de condiments, etc. Bien situé dans un quartier sympa et proche de la vieille ville. Place de parking dans la résidence très appréciable. Accueil par quelqu'un en direct ce qui est bien agréable.

Clean, well furnished, very well equipped (the large fan was welcome during a heatwave). Well laid out and felt roomy. Good location for the station and city centre but generally quiet at night. Lots of nice restaurants, bars and cafés in the neighbourhood.

The Wi-Fi connection was fine for my laptop but very unstable for my phone. It took several attempts to reconnect every time I returned to the apartment. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the hot water boiler on my last morning, which I imagine will need to be repaired before the property can be re-let.

Nos ha gustado todo: confort del apartamento, limpieza, equipamiento y ubicación. Precio también muy ajustado. Acogida estupenda a cargo de María Inés, muy puntual y atenta.

para poder ducharnos fue muy problemàtico, no funcionaba el duchero principal. La ducha por el sector de la manguera o telefòno era imposible, no quedaba fija en el soporte. Lo comunicamos a la anfitriona y nos contestò que no estaba conectada el agua al duchero principal. O sea un ARREGLATE. Debajo de la cama mucha tierra, se ve que se limpiaba donde se veìa. En fin dado que uno de las funciones mas importantes cuando un pasajero decide alquilar un apto es el buen funcionamiento del baño y la respuesta a algùn reclamo que pueda surgir, NO RECOMIENDO ALQUILAR ESTE APTO.
