Location, location, location. Facilities - washing machine and (slightly leaky) dishwasher. Large rooms and large apartment. Big bath. Easily contactable host. Friendly locals
Small hot water tank so not enough for 2 evening baths. Lack of mention of washing machine - otherwise we'd have packed smaller cases. Uncomfortable bed (but that's personal preference) Dirtyish apartment, needed mopping. We left it cleaner than when we arrived. If coming to Nantes again - we'd book it again. 👍🏿

La situation géographique du logement: proximité avec la gare et le centre ville. Tram et bus proches. La surface du logement.
Fort désagréable odeur d'égouts dans la buanderie qui se répand dans tout l'appartement. Volet roulant du salon cassé et absence de rideau. Télévision qui de fonctionne pas ( pas de signal!) Radiateur électrique de la chambre en panne
