Great stay!

A pleasant stay, the host (Lolita) is very nice and helpful. My flight was delayed and she waited me to hand over keys. Quite spacious room, great location, with all facilities.

Comfortable and convenient

Nicely arranged and good facilities. Everything that I used worked. There is a lift up to the flat and it was quiet in the building. The location is next to a busy road but the windows are very good at shutting out the sound and it wasn't loud during the night. The person meeting me was responsive on WhatsApp and flexible about arrival time. It was very convenient for the train station and the Cité des Congrès where I was attending a conference.

It was pretty hot even with strategically closing the shutters during the day and opening windows morning and evening.

Comfortable, good location, garage available.

The apartment is on the 4th stage of a building near the roundabout Quai de Malakoff/Pont de Tibilissi. There's a small kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a room and, in the French style, the WC and the shower in separate pieces. There's a parking place in the building, enough for an average car (a big SUV owner might have a hard time parking there). Surprisingly silent, despite being near the Railway Station. In a 20 minutes walk you can get to Duchess Ann Castle, crossing a bridge over the rails, or the the Botanical Garden, crossing the station itself. Bus stop by the door, and public transport is free in the weekend.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable apartment in a great location.

The apartment is in a very convenient location being a five minute walk from the train station and 15 minutes to get into the center of Nantes. There is a supermarket within walking distance and a number of restaurants. The apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable. It’s decorated tastefully. There is a parking garage with a space for a car but we used it for our bicycles. The kitchen has adequate utensils to be able to cook. We loved the place and would return.

Nothing really to say that is negative. The kitchen bin lid is broken and kept falling off. There was a nasty strong vinegar smell in the lift sometimes, not always. That’s it. It’s a lovely place to stay.

We had a great time based in this apartment, easy to find our way around Nantes.

Very comfortable after a big day of doing tourist activities, very close to station for arrival and departure. The folder was useful and the tourist booklets and maps were very helpful.

The shower holder needs replacing and no cord for fan in bathroom, would’ve been great to have some information on washing machine in the folder as well as a map showing closest supermarkets.

Would use again!

Convenient to where I needed to go daily, well positioned within the town, very close to train station. Bicycles available very close to entrance of the building. Parking was also a plus as I had originally planned to drive but did not use.

Coffee machine was hit and miss (did not work all the time) but managed to get the job done. Furnishings were basic quality but was not expecting anything fancier.

Appartement cocooning

Emplacement proche des sites à visiter. Les déplacements peuvent se faire à pied. L'appartement est bien insonorisé, aucun bruit ni de circulation ni d'avion. La literie est très confortable.

Quelques ustensiles de cuisine pour 3 ou 4 personnes restent en contenant trop justes comme la passoire ou le faitout. Convient parfaitement pour 2 personnes.

Terrible | Horrível experiência

Terrible

From the accommodation: they sent links to access various functions such as payment, etc.; they did not deliver the keys at the agreed time and did not inform me; they created a sense of insecurity; they constantly insisted on communicating outside the Booking chat; after not showing up at the agreed time, the first person who was supposed to deliver the keys never appeared; later, they gave me the name of another person, who also took a long time to arrive, and after handing over the keys, they stayed in the car on the side of the building for quite some time... The feeling of insecurity at that place was so great that I didn't even enter the house, I immediately left the keys in the agreed location, informed the accommodation, and went to stay somewhere else. Da parte do alojamento:enviavam links para aceder a diversas funções como por exemplo pagamento,... ; não foram entregar as chaves na hora combinada, e não avisaram; criaram sensação de insegurança; insistiam constantemente para que se realizassem os contactos fora do chat do booking; depois de não comparecerem na hora combinada, a primeira pessoa que devia entregar as chaves nunca compareceu; posteriormente já me davam nome de outra pessoa, e esta também demorou a chegar, e depois de entregar as chaves ficou dentro do carro, na lateral do prédio por bastante tempo... A sensação de não ter Segurança naquele local foi tão grande, que nem entrei na casa, deixei logo as chaves no local combinado e avisei o alojamento, e fui alojar-me noutro local.

L'appartement est bien situé au centre de Nantes. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et avons pu récupérer les clés facilement.

L'appartement est à proximité d'un rond point, très bruyant, prévoir des boules quies... Le rideau de douche est fatigué, et lorsque vous branchez le micro ondes et le grille pain l'installation électrique saute...
