They need to write that it is like hostel, walls are so thin, when neighbors stated cooking we could hear everything, on

Destınation, I have chosen close to the train station, apartment has capsule coffee machine, stove, refrigerator and microwave

You need to share small apartment with 4 other people, we are couple, there were two street workers in one room and two more girls in a third room, one dirty toilet and one dirty bathroom for 6 people :( Please remove this kind of accommodation from booking !

The location is perfect. Near the train station and the whole town centre. Τhe quality-price relationship is absolutely perfect.

In my previous experiences when I check an apartment, the hosts send me the instructions for the keys and my stay after I have the reservation. In this condition I wait out of the apartment to send me the details the host.

Excellent accommodation with helpful host - great value in lovely town

The apartment was extremely comfortable and well equipped with everything you could want (except a cutting board). We really enjoyed our time here. The city of Nantes is also a surprise, with much to see and do, and there are plenty of lovely places to visit nearby as well.

Understand it can be awkward for hosts, but providing self check-in instructions at least early on the day of check-in should be the norm. People are going to be travelling from their last place, and need to have instructions before they set out, which means sending them early in the day at the latest, and preferably the night before. Instructions need to be clear. The only complaint is we didn't know which apartment was ours - went to every floor, barked at by dogs, annoyed neighbours, only to finally try the ground floor. Easily fixed, and certainly doesn't detract much from the 5 star accommodation - just something to improve.

Not for me

The kitchen was fine.

The bathroom was dirty and the room was freezing. We shared the floor with other tennants (we didn't know that before, we thought we were renting a whole place). We arrived very late in the day because our transport changed last minute and we got the check in instructions at the last moment and no wifi till the next day. We couldn't use the washing machine cause it was filled up with towels. There were also towels on the bathroom floor from other people, the toilet was dirty and the toilet brush had some stains I wish I hadn't seen... If you stay for a day it's fine, more than that is paying too much for what you get.

J'ai aimé le confort de la chambre et la vue à l'exterieur. C'était propre.

Le chauffage fonctionnait mais il faisait quand même assez frais dans ´a chambre. Surement du au fait qu'il faisait vraiment froid dehors (0 degres ou moins).

Il prezzo.

La struttura era molto sporca, le lenzuola con i peli. La nostra stanza era stata occupata da un’altra persona e comunque non era quella che avevamo prenotato (nelle foto era diversa). Dopo esserci messe in contatto con il proprietario, lui ci voleva far spostare di stanza, nonostante la ragazza che aveva occupato la “nostra” era molto arrabbiata e non era collaborativa. La struttura doveva essere non fumatori invece gli altri ospiti fumavano in cucina senza ritegno e non pulivano. Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura perché aveva la cucina della quale non abbiamo potuto usufruire a causa della sporcizia. Un ospite aveva invitato degli amici che hanno fatto rumore tutta la notte ed il proprietario invece di offrirci un rimborso, anche parziale, per tutte queste problematiche ci ha detto che non ci farà pagare la prossima volta, che però non ci sarà.

Soweit sauber und alles ok

Die Lage fand ich ziemlich gut. Es ist ruhig und man ist in 7 Minuten zu Fuß am Bahnhof. Auch in der schönen Altstadt ist man innerhalb von vllt 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Unterkunft ist an sich sauber und mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Wenn man eh vorhat viel unterwegs zu sein und eigentlich nur zum Schlafen in der Unterkunft sein möchte, kann man sich hier gut 2-3 Tage aufhalten.

Die Kommunikation war für mich etwas schwierig, weil ich kein Französisch spreche und der Gastgeber kein Englisch. Ich habe dann mithilfe von Google translate, Fragen gestellt, auf die nicht richtig eingegangen wurde, vllt gab es da Fehler in der Übersetzung. Teilweise war der Gastgeber auch nicht über die App erreichbar. Ich habe zwar hier gelesen, dass er telefonisch erreichbar ist, aber dadurch, dass wir uns aufgrund meiner fehlenden französisch kenntnisse auch nicht verständigen könnten, habe ich das nicht in Erwägung gezogen.Jedenfalls hatte ich meinen Aufenthalt über keine Verbindung ins WLAN. An sich war die Unterkunft sauber. Man teilt sich aber eine Wohnung mit noch 2 weiteren Gästen. Teilweise haben die die Toilette nicht sauber hinterlassen, was mich ziemlich angeekelt hat. In Bezug auf die Toilette hat mich auch noch gestört, dass es dort kein Waschbecken gab zum Hände waschen. Man müsste nebenan im Badezimmer Hände waschen. Ich hätte ein zusätzliches kleines Handtuch und einen Mülleimer im Zimmer noch schön gefunden und fand die Matratze recht durchgelegen..
