It is by far my preferred place to stay in Nantes.

The host is great, very friendly. The location is perfect, it is easy to walk to everything and very dramatic with the park across the street. The living space has clearly been recently renovated so it is all very clean and nice. There is a great painting on the wall.

It only lacks a little warmth, maybe a warm rug or more comfortable couch? Also it could use a wifi extender, I had to keep the door open to get a strong signal. Other than that it was all fantastic!

The bedroom is very small and has a low ceiling, with a very steep stair. Sleeping here with two or/and with a kid isn't ideal.

Localização a 700m da gare de transportes.

A cama era uma fraca. As traves / travessas que seguram o colchão era muito frágil. Deveria ser para crianças. Mas cheguei e ne deitei, partiram ou desencaixaram 2 ou 3 travessas. Também muito frio o quarto O aquecimento estava longe e não tem potência para a área do apartamento.

La anfitriona es muy agradable. El apartamento equipado con todo lo necesario y muy acogedor. Y lo mejor de todo es la ubicación. Excelente si vienes a hacer turismo.

La casa del infierno

Pedi a la propiedad que me cambiará la sabana de la cama porque estaba en unas condiciones muy malas y me pidió 20 e en efectivo le pedí champu, gel papel higiénico y me dijo que 20 e no funciona el wuifi. El colchón mide 11 cm de grosor con lo cual imposible dormir el somier de la cama de láminas de madera las cuales estaban rotas 6 ha sido un infierno. Y la propietaria muy mal su comportamiento tengo que decir que se lo comunique a las 2 horas de entrar en el apartamento y solo quería extras en dinero en efectivo. No volvería nunca y solicito se me sea reembolsado el importe abonado ya que lo puse en conocimiento de booking desde la entrada al apartamento. El alojamiento está dentro de un cuarto de contadores y calderas y el colchón extra en el suelo

Morcego dentro do estúdio

Localização. Bem equipada. Confortável.

Na segunda noite fomos acordados por volta das 2 horas da manhã com um morcego no estúdio. Não sabemos como ele entrou porque durante toda a estadia nunca abrimos as janelas. Tentamos contactar o anfitrião, mas sem sucesso. Tentamos afugentar o morcego para fora do estúdio por mais de 1 hora sem sucesso. Felizmente após várias tentativas conseguimos prender o morcego dentro de uma caneca, mas ele fazia um barulho muito alto por estar preso. Foi uma noite sem dormir com medo que ele conseguisse escapar ou aparecer outro. Sujidade nos utensílios da cozinha e teias de aranha nas paredes.

Booking propose l'itinéraire vers le lieu en ouvrant Google Map avec des coordonnées GPS au lieu de la vraie adresse. Google Map déduit le numéro de rue au 11 alors que c'est le 12. Les deux entrées ont un digicode et il n'est pas tout de suite évident de comprendre qu'on est pas au bon endroit.
