La ubicación, la limpieza y la amabilidad del anfitrión, enseguida nos solucionó el problema de la cafetera, que no funcionaba y el desagüe de la ducha. También nos dejó quedarnos hasta después de comer. Encantador. Las fotografías muestran como es el apartamento.
Las escaleras que dan acceso al alojamiento, que son empinadas, estrechas y estaban poco limpias. El sofá -cama no es muy cómodo.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour. L'hébergement est conforme à la description, propre, bien entretenu et fonctionnel. Les échanges avec la propriétaire ont été simples et efficaces. Je recommande ce logement

L'appartement est excellement situé au centre de Nantes, juste à la sortie de la rue St Leonard, pleine de cafés et de bars tres sympas. Le chateau n'est qu'a 5-10 mns a pied, tout comme l'est la Place Royale et les rues alentours. Il est situe au premier étage, tres facilement accessible. L'intérieur est moderne et bien équipé et la mezzanine permet d'accueillir plusieurs visiteurs sans problème. (Nous étions 3 adultes). La communication avec Tan a été rapide, sans aucun souci et très cordiale.
Rien. Tout ce qui est dans l'annonce est présent et disponible pour votre séjour à Nantes. Le samedi soir est un peu "bruyant", vu le quartier animé qui fait son charme, mais tout à fait acceptable!
