I had the pleasure of staying at Chambre chez l'habitant – Arty & Élégante – SDB privée, and it was a wonderful experience. Firstly, the host, Cécile, was extremely helpful. I arrived in Nantes earlier than the check‑in time, and she kindly allowed me to leave my luggage and even provided the keys straight away. Secondly, the location is very convenient — within easy walking distance of the city centre. Thirdly, the room was spotless, the kitchen was lovely, and the neighbourhood was very quiet (I stayed over a weekend). I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Nantes.

My stay was delightful in every way! The apartment charmed me with its French elegance—spotlessly clean, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, going above and beyond. Shared spaces were comfortable, immaculate, and well-maintained. I highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking a prime spot in central Nantes.
