The flat was comfortable, with all the facilities you would need for a self catering holiday. Very clean. No faults with the flat itself. The hosts let us store our bags in the property before check in which was also super helpful for an early landing into the city. Greta location, quiet for families and a few lovely cafes/bakeries nearby. Short walk into the centre
We booked the property last minute having cancelled another for not having air conditioning (during the May heatwave). We booked this specifically because it said there was air conditioning. It does not. Whilst there were fans provided for every bedroom, and the shutters helped keeping the sun out of the flat, it was definitely not air conditioned. The heatwave (36-38) was unusually hot and so I'm sure it wouldn't have been a problem otherwise. However I would say the description was not accurate here.
