Great place to stay

A very nice and well organised small apartment with 3 good spacious bedrooms rented. Very well kept, with good taste, clean and cozy! Excellent kitchen and living room! Close to the tram and bicloo spot!

it was hot, so the only way to refresh was leaving the window open, and the noise from outside, even low, bothered a little! I'm used to no noise at all...

Great Short Stay

Good location, easily accesible by public transport. Close to many attractions on the island. The room has a private shower although the toilet is shared among other apartment mates. Very nice & clean apartment. Victorien is a very communicative host and welcoming!

There is no fan in the apartment and can be very hot in summers. Keeping the windows open can be noisy.

Pas un logement pour moi...

La localisation est parfaite, tram à 50m, des commerces à proximité et la connexion WiFi est nickel

Lorsque l'on a des soucis de cheville, comme c'est mon cas, il serait appréciable de savoir que l'appartement est situé au 3e étage sans ascenseur. Ces deux jours ont été très pénibles pour moi..car on voyage rarement sans valise. Je rejoins une personne qui disait ne pas se sentir en "sécurité", sans aller jusque là, mon impression première était la même, le quartier ne rassure pas, même si finalement il n'y a eu aucun souci. Au niveau de l'accueil notre hôte est très réactif, c'est top, cependant, je ne l'ai pas vu du séjour, et c'est un étudiant qui m'a ouvert et confié mes clés, cependant, il ne s'exprimait pas très bien en français, je n'ai rien contre les langues étrangères puisque je les apprécie, mais je pense que cela n'a mis à l'aise ni lui, ni moi.... La seconde impression, c'est à l'entrée dans le logement, un étendoir à linge en plein milieu du salon..pas très accueillant, et je savais que la salle de bain était commune, mais pas le reste du logement, j'ai eu ma réponse dès l'entrée. Ma situation familiale fait que je ne m'attendais pas du tout à cela, et j'aurais préféré un peu plus d'intimité...j'avais déjà réglé, il n'était donc pas question de faire demi-tour, mais je pense que sur l'annonce il faudrait être plus clair à ce propos, et cela conviendra tout à fait à un jeune étudiant ou autre, moins à quelqu'un qui part en stage pour 3 jours.

Isolation sonore pas terrible. On avait peur de déranger les voisins de chambre. On partage tous les communs avec les voisins de chambre. Manque une poubelle et des prises électriques dans la chambre. Plusieurs messages du syndicats de l’immeuble mettant en garde contre les vols, ne met pas a l’aise.

Un peu difficile pour joindre quelqu'un afin de récupérer les clés (plusieurs appels ou SMS restés sans réponse) mais, quand on a réussi à avoir une réponse, cela s'est très bien passé : on était à 600m de l'appartement sans pouvoir se rendre sur place et la personne est venu nous apporter les clés des chambres et nous donner les consignes pour entrer dans l'appartement et trouver nos chambres.

Para no repetir, anuncio engañoso

El chico que nos recibió era muy simpático.

Las descripciones de este alojamiento omiten varios detalles importantes como que el alojamiento no es entero para ti, o que es un cuarto piso sin ascensor y que si llevas equipaje no es nada cómodo. El título desde luego, sin saber francés es muy ambiguo. Y en el momento en que nosotros hicimos la reserva no ponía en las características del alojamiento nada acerca de “baño compartido” o “piso compartido”. Además eso de “parking gratuito en el alojamiento”es mas bien si tienes suerte, porque el supuesto parking privado tiene unas escasas 7-8 plazas que estaban siempre ocupadas, el resto eran vados. La otra opción para aparcar era en la calle pagando la zona azul, y un par de días sale caro. Me cuesta entender la cantidad de buenas reseñas que tiene este sitio. Para nosotros fue verdaderamente incómodo y para no repetir. En primer lugar, la cocina podrían tenerla un poco mas cuidada, los trapos daban verdadero asco y las sartenes estaban en un estado lamentable. Se hacía difícil cocinar. Por otro lado, eso de tener que recorrerte el pasillo para lavarte las manos porque el wc está separado del lavabo es bastante incómodo, y más si tienes que estar acordándote de llevar la toalla de la ducha porque no hay toalla de manos en el baño. Hablando de las toallas y las sábanas, tengo mis dudas que estuvieran limpias porque olían bastante mal y tenían pelos de otra gente. Y en cuanto a la cama, fatal. Si quieres descansar bien en este sitio es imposible. El colchón es muy incómodo, como si los laterales del colchón estuvieran mas levantados que la parte central, por tanto si duermen dos personas, o se van hacía el centro, o se nota una inclinación que molesta hasta la espalda, y las almohadas muy malas. Por último, no está nada insonorizado, se oye absolutamente todo: los chicos que viven aquí arreglándose a las 6:30 de la mañana, los aviones, coches, alarmas en la calle, el tranvía… Por el precio que vale, mis expectativas eran mucho mas altas.

Chambre avec salle de bain fonctionne, confort et très propre plus un espace de travail c'était facile pour ranger ses affaires et de s'y sentir comme chez soi, merci.

Il n'y'avait pas de sucres et le chauffage marche que le soir et encore ça dépend.
