Lovely stay in quiet, well-connected area of Nantes Sud

Great stay in a quiet residential area of Nantes Sud. Excellent fast transport links within minutes walk of the apartment (4 and 42 bus services). The ground floor apartment was well equipped for our week-long family holiday visiting Nantes and some of the surrounding area using public transport. The in-bath shower water pressure was very good. The kitchen had an oven and fridge-freezer. Wifi, tv, games, books, and tourist guides were provided. A good bakery is 5 mins away, and a supermarket 12 mins walk away. There are lovely river walks on the Sevre River very close by, and two kids play parks within 5-10 mins of the apartment. Valerie was an excellent host and responded quickly when we informed her of a broken lightbulb. Our stay was good value for the type and condition of the apartment.

Minor negative - the walls and ceilings are not the best insulated, so you could hear neighbours moving about and talking, sometimes early in the morning. Possible improvements...? Our two kids shared a double bed with a bolster cushion between them. Two separate beds (that could be pushed together) would be more flexible. The main bedroom could fit a larger bed! 😊

Nice appartment, would visit again!

The appartment looked just like on the pictures. It's located in a nice, quiet area of Nantes, but with the Loire and a road full of stores and restaurants in walking distance.

The bedrooms have only one duvet per bed – okay for couples, not so much for kids. And there's not a single sharp knife in the kitchen. But really, only minor inconveniences.

Overall a great place.

A really lovely place. Good public transport very close. Daytime only 2 min away, nighttime a good 7 to 8 min walk. Beautiful light filled kitchen/dining/lounge area. Security good with shutters on all windows. Lovely friendly person came with keys and explained everything in English.

Had to hold shower outlet, no proper holder on wall, just hangs over so water would go everywhere if not held. Walls a bit thin in that I heard dogs barking inside and a baby that cried at 5:30 am woke me.

The appartment had everything I've think about, full stock kitchen, extra towels, hot water all the time. Clean Appartment

Getting keys was a little bit complicated, we had to sysnchronize time between the housekeeper and us

La casa è dotata di tutti i confort. Cucina attrezzatissima, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie. Dotazione di tavola e ferro da stiro. TV con pay TV. 2 stanza da letto matrimoniali, più un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. A Nantes, nei week end, i servizi di trasporto pubblici sono gratuiti

Séjour dans appartement très agréable agréable

Appartement calme, d’une propreté remarquable. Il ne manque rien. La literie est propre et très confortable. Valérie nous a toujours répondu à nos demandes par retour immédiat et est très serviable. Si j’ai un conseil à donner : n’hésitez pas une seconde de pour louer cet appartement !

Le tout petit reproche que je peux faire : baignoire profonde. Une douche serait préférable !

El apartamento tiene de todo, no está céntrico pero está muy bien ubicado. Si vas con coche puedes aparcar fácilmente en los alrededores. La limpieza es más que correcta.

appartement spacieux, très bien équipé : il ne manque rien. Propreté irréprochable. Quartier très calme Très bonne communication avec Valérie nous a transmis la procédure pour arriver en toute liberté : c'est très clair et tout s'est hyper bien passé. Je recommande cette adresse sans hésitation
