Nant'Sud Loire

Ubicación excelente para visitar Nantes. El apartamento se encuentra en una zona residencial tranquila y amplia. El subway 4 para ir al centro está a cinco minutos andando. Con este medio de transporte estás en el centro en 10 minutos. Apartamento muy amplio, muy bien equipado. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para tu estancia. Incluso te facilitan monodosis de café más que suficiente para la máquina de café que tienen en la cocina. También te dejan cápsulas para el lavavajillas.Tiene dos dormitorios con una cama doble cada uno, y ambas muy cómodas. Incluso en cada habitación hay una regleta de 4-5 enchufes, con lo que no hay problema para enchufar los dispositivos que lleves. Buena comunicación con el anfitrión tanto por whatsapp como a través de Booking. Si vienes del aeropuerto, te recomiendo utilizar la app de Uber, que en nuestro caso (4 personas), por 16 euros nos dejó en la puerta del apartamento (se llega en 15 minutos). Fácil acceso a las llaves del apartamento, que se recogen directamente de una caja de seguridad junto al apartamento, de forma independiente

Quizá mejorar un poco más la limpieza. Pero solo cosas puntuales: la mesa de la cocina, por la zona de la máquina de café, no estaba limpia. Respecto al cuarto de baño, se debería mejorar un poco la limpieza del mobiliario adicional. Por lo demás, nada que objetar

Great stay in a quiet residential area of Nantes Sud. Excellent fast transport links within minutes walk of the apartment (4 and 42 bus services). The ground floor apartment was well equipped for our week-long family holiday visiting Nantes and some of the surrounding area using public transport. The in-bath shower water pressure was very good. The kitchen had an oven and fridge-freezer. Wifi, tv, games, books, and tourist guides were provided. A good bakery is 5 mins away, and a supermarket 12 mins walk away. There are lovely river walks on the Sevre River very close by, and two kids play parks within 5-10 mins of the apartment. Valerie was an excellent host and responded quickly when we informed her of a broken lightbulb. Our stay was good value for the type and condition of the apartment.

Minor negative - the walls and ceilings are not the best insulated, so you could hear neighbours moving about and talking, sometimes early in the morning. Possible improvements...? Our two kids shared a double bed with a bolster cushion between them. Two separate beds (that could be pushed together) would be more flexible. The main bedroom could fit a larger bed! 😊

pleasant location. we walked to a bus stop easily. wifi was good. mattress was comfy but needed better pillows, Shutters provided security and kept out the sun and heat. we didnt use the kitchen but it looked well equipped with a coffee machine and toaster. The hairdryer was good.

A few small tweaks would make this really good. The pillows are flat and floppy and need changing. Some people need / like 2 each it would be nice to have extra ones in the ample wardrobe space. There weren't enough pillows for the sofa bed, we could only find 1pillow and a bolster from another room. Shower screen is loose and wobbly and allows a lot of water to leak out onto the floor and we all found the bath really difficult to get in and out of to have a shower. this is due to how deep and how high the side is. We did find and put the bath mat in which helped us not to slip thank you. The shower screen was difficult to push back making entry hard as we didnt want to break it. if there are 6 people staying (like Us) there is only seating in the living room for 3. On street parking - we did get a space but we cant see why we werent allowed to use the car park round the back? Also 4pm is a very late check in, i don't see what harm it would have done to let us drop our bags off. If its still being cleaned it wouldnt have mattered and it was a lock box entry not a timed lock so I am sure it wasn't being cleaned right up to 4pm exactly - you cant really expect people to go 2 buses into town just to drop their bags off at a paid service- they might not be going into town. a bit of flexibility would be nice especially as you expect your guests to empty their trash and wash and dry and put away all of their pots and not leave anything in the dishwasher - cant really put the dishwasher on then when its a 11am check out - what if its not done and its time to leave. it seems very bare bones but with a few small adjustments would be really good.
