It was very well equipped

It was hard to get into. The key safe was on the other side of the road . 60 cms of the pavement. Very hard to see. Especially when you are over 70. There was broken plaster all round the door. Also the shower was broken and had to be hand hold

The location is fantastic and the apartment was well equipped

The walls of the building are very thick and so phone signal is poor inside the apartment. WiFi would've been nice to combat this however not essential and for the price I didn't expect it

Perfect for two people, really convenient for station, and beautiful parts of Nante. It was quiet clean and secure.

Bad first impression, but after it was better!

The apartment is located in the center of Nantes, near the castle, the train station and the tram's stop. There is an inner yard, so you don't hear much from the street noise, in case it is not Saturday. The Wi-Fi was good. There was enough hot water. If you want to cook, you have a kitchen. It was quiet the second and the third night.

When I booked the apartment I informed our host that our bus arrives in Nantes at 21:00 p.m. and we will check-in around 22:00-23:00 p.m. When I was traveling to Nantes, I sent a message at 20:30 p.m. that we were almost arrived in Nantes and I asked how can we check-in. We were in front of the door at 21:25 p.m. when I received a message that there was an issue with the cleaning and the apartment is not ready. We received instructions how to get the keys from the box and we were asked to leave our luggage and to go out, so that the cleaning person can clean the apartment. We were very tired and we didn't want to walk again in the night, so we stayed in the apartment, while the cleaning person was cleaning it. This is something that happens for the first time to me and I use Booking regularly. We arrived on Saturday and there was a lot of noise from a bar in front of the building. Until early in the morning they were shouting loudly. The second and the third nights were calm. The neighbors are also quiet. I asked the host were to put the keys when we leave, but I didn't receive a reply. We left the keys again in the lock box. The apartment needs renovation.

The studio is very cozy and new, and the location is perfect! The owner was also very nice. I had a problem with my booking application and didn't get the check-in information, but he explained everything to me via messages. Everything was excellent, 100% recommend!

Great wee apartment near the castle

Very central with food options nearby. Very close to the castle. Small and made great use of the space. Fast internet.

The apartment door is tricky to close - needs a good slam and the lift the handle right up. And could do with a cooling fan even though the blinds do a great job.

I'd easily give it a 10 regarding location, comfort and size. Everything is new and well kept. Very well located and yet, very quiet. Apartment is well equipped overall.

The lack of communication with owner was shocking. I got in touch the day before, asking if we could leave backpacks at the property while we waited for the 16:00 check in time. No response whatsoever. Only got information about how to check in only 20 minutes before 4 o'clock.

amazing apartment with great location but completely unresponsive owner

comfortable, amazing location, well equipped

unresponsive owner, I tried to contact them many many times on booking and via phone number but I got zero response. I just heard from them at the beginning of our stay so I got the keys from the lock but then there was no answer, I didn’t even recieve any check out instructions. Also the wifi did not work.

1 - ampoule électrique de l'entrée grillée 2 - éclairage insuffisant dans le séjour (presque impossible de lire). Il y a bien un lampadaire de secours. mais il ne marche pas... 3- l'une des fenêtres n'est pas jointive, il y a un espace d'un centimètre qui donne sur l'extérieur avec fort courant d'air. Il faut mettre le chauffage sur 25 degrés 24/24 h pour obtenir 19-20 de température 4 - pas de tire-bouchon ni d'ouvre-boîtes

Son emplacement central à proximité des transports mais tout peut se daire à pied y compris les trajets depuis et vers la gare

Horaire tardif (dépassé) pour l accès à l arrivée. J'ai du attendre plus de 15 mn et solliciter les vides d accès. Serrure un peu difficile (peur de casser la clef) manque de fiabilité lors de la fermeture par l exterieur. Cuisine : une seule grande casserole. Une poêle aurait été un petit plus. Pas de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle Lavabo salle de bain peu entretenu car écoulement un peu lent et eau stagnante. Surtout appartement pouvant être considéré comme passoire thermique ( froid par le sol et par des courants d air depuis une porte vitrée meme store baissé) : impossible de tenir sans manteau ou couette à l intérieur malgré radiateurs bouillants. La porte ne s obturer pas (photos avec jours importants sur les côtés). Quand il fait moins 3 a l exterieur assez dure pour etre à l aise.

L' absence de consigne avant notre arrivée. Mode de chauffage defectueux dans la pièce principale.

Logement calme bien situé, quelques points à améliorer au niveau confort et ménage

Logement situé dans le centre, tout est faisable à pied. Très calme. Equipé : wifi, machine à café, grille pain, serviette, sèche-cheveux, TV, produits de 1ère nécessité ...

L'hôte met du temps à répondre ou répond pas. TV n'avait pas l'image mais le son : il manquait 2 piles dans une des télécommandes. Sombre en arrivant quand il fait nuit : ampoule à changer à l'entrée. Ménage à revoir dans les recoins. Il manquait torchon. Robinetterie à refixer. Attention quand on prend sa douche : eau passe dessous. Refixer barre douche ou la remplacer car cassée à l'emplacement de la pomme de douche.

La ducha estaba rota, la puerta de entrada tiene un sistema de cierre difícil de descifrar , el ingreso al edificio fue complejo y poco práctico , la comunicación con el anfitrión es mala , no hay una sola instrucción de cómo utilizar las estufas , que encima estaban programadas . Nos enviaron los datos para entrar 30 minutos más tarde del horario pactado . El anfitrión no respondió nuestros mensajes a través de la aplicación

Achei um ótimo custo-benefício. Fica bem localizado e fechando as janelas tem um bom conforto sonoro. Uma das persianas estava quebrada, e o suporte do chuveiro tb. Mas gostei mesmo assim

La falta de información y comunicación previa al acceso y durante la estancia en temas como Conexión wifi, recogida de llaves etc. La puerta del estudio debe de arreglarse porque está un poco doblada. Se podría mejorar el menaje, hay cafetera de cápsulas dolce gusto pero no italiana.

Mi primera mala experiencia con Booking.

La ubicación, la limpieza y la comodidad para una persona.

La falta de comunicación del propietario. Le escribí algunos mensajes antes de viajar y sólo me contestó al primero en el que le pedía entrar a las tres, en lugar de las cuatro (se entraba con un código) y me dijo que son darme ninguna explicación. Llegué a las cuatro, no me envió el código y no me contestó ni mis mensajes, ni mis llamadas por teléfono. Es la primera vez que me ha pasado viajando con Booking. Tuve que llamar a Booking para que resolviera el tema y, después de esperar más de media hora en la calle, conseguí el código con la ayuda de Booking. Ha sido la única mala experiencia que he tenido después de llevar muchos años reservando con Booking.

Bon séjour malgré quelques petits détails facilement corrigeables.

Confort et propreté locaux ok. Emplacement idéal. Calme malgré le centre ville (pour moi important). très sécurisé. Le prix est très correct, je reviendrais.

Manque une lampe de chevet, vaisselle pas nette, un seul verre tout petit... heureusement j'étais seule. Pas de papier toilettes... quand on arrive d'une journée de train, pas cool, même s'il faut aller faire quelques courses en arrivant... Prévenir le propriétaire qu'un volet roulant a des soucis et va finir par se bloquer !
