L'accoglienza è stata molto gradevole, l'alloggio confortevole e pulito. La posizione è perfetta: nel pieno centro storico, locali di ogni tipo e movida proprio sotto l'alloggio.

Niente di negativo da segnalare.

very well located in the city center of Nantes. The property was really nice, well equiped (with washing machine for example). It was nicely decorated.

I have made an appointment per sms with the contact person that was mentioned in the e-mail confirmation. I have asked to come a bit earlier. There was no flexibility and then I have aggreed for 17h, the earliest hour for the check in. I was there on time. After 15 min, I have called. No answer. After 25 min waiting, I have called a second time. Again, no answer. After 30 min, she called me asking why I was calling her. I have explained I was waiting for her as agreed per sms. She hasn't excused herself like it is very normal. She has just said she was sending someone for the keys. Not a way to treat people.

Only had a short stay but everything was comfortable and clean and cool! In this heat having an apartment that keeps you cool is so important.

Grundsätzlich gute Lage mitten in der Altstadt in Hinterhaus, deshalb dennoch ruhig.

Extrem heiss in der Wohnung im Sommer, keine AC, kein Fan, kein Ventilator. Wir sind nach einer Nacht ausgezogen deshalb Zusätzlich mehr als halben Tag kein Strom, deshalb kein Licht und Kühlschrank. Nicht geeignet für Velofahrer: obwohl Zusicherung von Vermietern die Velos im Hof abstellen zu können, wurden sie verschleppt und ein Verbotsschild angebracht. Die Mitbewohner des Hauses haben scheints keine Freude an Vermietung an Touristen. Hinterlässt schlechtes Gefühl. Vermieter hat sich geweigert uns für Stornierung von 2. Nacht trotz aller Unzulänglichkeiten entgegenzukommen.
