The apartment is clean and comfortable, the street where its located is a bit dirty but nothing majo

The location is very convinient, close to the Train station and the city center The apartment itself it's very cozy and clean

We couldn't change the temperature of the radiators and it was cold inside the apartment. At night you can hear the neighbours through the room window, quiet during the week but did have some noice on weekends The street where the apartment is located is dirty and smell, the ground floor of the building had a very bad smell of pee, there are some time that homeless people were able to enter the ground floor and would stay for the night, we made sure the door was closed behind us but maybe other residents didn't check.

It was a good apartment but in need of addressing some problems

The bed was comfortable. The location was very central and the apartment was well equipped.

There was a broken pane of glass on the dividing glass wall between the bedroom and the sitting room. The shower was blocked and the tray overflowed. There was no where to put the rubbish on site. The cooker didn’t work initially, it was a fuse that had tripped the circuit which I discovered and sorted. The owner was very contactable and responded quickly to messages but ultimately I fixed the problem.

Mixed feeling. Very nice for short stays but avoid long stays and prepare for night noise.

Mixed feelings. The flat in itself is very nice. Right size for a Studio and very well decorated (good taste on various details). The Host is also very prestative. And the location is convenient.

The flat is very noisy and the building shares rooms and a Creperie, so a lot of in and out. There is no elevator to the third floor. The flat is ideal for very short stays, but not for 1 month which was my case. The oven and the vaccum cleaner were not working. And there was no cleaning for the full 4 weeks

The best location

Everything was perfect, modern apartment, full kitchen, wifi works 100%, super comfortable bed, close to restaurants, supermarket ... really super cozy apartment. Attentive staff.

Only the stairs, because the apartment, and on the 3rd floor, was full of luggage :(

Très mauvaise expérience.

Emplacement

La télé ne fonctionnait pas. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas. La lumière dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Le chauffage ne se réglait pas il faisait froid. La cuisine était mal équipée. Odeur noséabonde dans l’escalier. Nous avons appelé la propriétaire qui nous a répondu « plus personne ne regarde la télé » « Je ferai réparer le wifi quand vous serez parti », « la chambre est faite pour dormir il n’y as besoin de lumière » etc…
