Le Royal Couedic is extremely central and the minute you go out the front door, you are minutes away from Passage Pommeroye, Place Royale, etc. The apartment had everything with the living room, kitchen, detergent and washing machine. There were also coffee pods which made the morning coffee straightforward.
It feels like a bit of a grift to ask for 10 euros to arrive 1 hour early and 20 euros for 2 hours early. Also, in the bottom floor of the apartment building, it smelled a bit like sewage and I’m not sure if it was because of the rain. As every apartment in France, there was no AC and only one fan, ideally there would be a second fan for a second living area.

Grand appartement avec parquet dans un immeuble ancien.
L’appartemznt donne sur une rue très bruyante avec des voisins qui font la fête toute la nuit fenêtres ouvertes. Impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres. Pas de climatisation et un seul ventilateur sur pied mis à disposition pour tout l’appartement.
