Location was super convenient. Bedding was very nice. Spacious and beautifully decorated.

We didn’t know how to turn on the heat so we just wore jackets in the house. If we had stayed longer I would have asked.

A Spacious Gem with a Stunning Terrace in the Heart of Nantes

We had a wonderful stay in this elegant and cozy apartment. Four comfortable bedrooms, two spacious bathrooms, a large living room, and a fully equipped kitchen made it ideal for our group. The insulation was excellent, ensuring peace and comfort. The highlight was the beautiful terrace — perfect to enjoy the sunshine. Everything met our expectations. Highly recommended!

The perfect place for exploring Nantes

Everything was perfect! The property itself is incredible - beautiful and perfectly maintained. We couldn’t believe how much space we had. Exceptional communication from the hosts and couldn’t have wanted for more. Location is great, walking distance to everything.

Family fun - Family time in a great location

We loved its central location … the rooms were elegant. Lots of space for all our family.

One of the bedrooms smelt so badly of smoke - it couldn’t be used without the windows wide open. It’s a hard place to keep really clean but perhaps more time could be spent on the cleaning.

Good central location but apartment is not as advertised.

The location was excellent. The property is very central to good shops and restaurants. The apartment is a large three-bedroom with a terrace, close to a square that has a few restaurants and cafes.

The apartment is advertised as having 3 bathrooms which is why we chose it. It does not. It has 2 bathrooms, one of which we were not able to use as it was out of use. The apartment is old and has character but was not particularly clean and there was a lot of unnecessary mess in the kitchen. The oven was extremely dirty. We tried to get in touch with the owner as there was a smoke alarm that kept beeping all day and night, keeping us awake, but unfortunately, we had no reply until we arrived home!

Despite the excellent location, the VRBO shows wear and could be better maintained. Had a slight glitch at check in and had to wait 1/2hr to get into apartment. Cleanliness was an issue.

plumbing did not work. toilet flushed into the shower. other shower was clogged. bathtub leaked on floor. only one fan in one room. no air conditioning. workers in the apartment for most of our stay trying to fix plumbing problems.

Beautiful apartment that is easily big enough for 3 couples. If 6 people stay here it is exceptionally good value for money. The location is perfect for sight-seeing, nightlife and shopping.

Chouette mais ça pourrait être parfait avec un peu de bonne volonté...

Très bon emplacement, literie confortable, équipement correct même si le grille-pain fait sauter les plombs et un 2 ieme qui ne reste pas enclenché et l'absence d'une essoreuse à salade déjà signalé...

Odeur de tabac froid surtout dans 1 chambre..une serviette de bain qui sentait le moisi, le lave-linge était plein avec du linge lavé ( qu'on a mis du coup dans le sèche-linge sinon toutes les serviettes auraient eu la même odeur...). Un problème de chauffage et j'ai dû passer par Booking pour avoir accès au proprio...Il n'y a pas 5 chambres mais 4 ( dont 1 petite avec un lit 120) et un canapé lit dans le séjour...

L’appartement était magnifique , propre et très bien placé . La terrasse est incroyable . Vanessa et Yohan sont très sympathiques et arrangeants . Nous recommandons .

Dans une chambre , il y a un lit de 120, un peu petit pour dormir à 2 . C’est le seul petit bémol .
