Very nice, welcoming, comfortable place to stay, in a quieter location yet easy drive to Nantes.

A bit of a walk to restaurants if on foot, but with a car it’s a quiet, convenient location.

Nicely decorated confortable and well equiped apartment

The property was in a great location with being close to the airport and a very nice wetland area for walking. The apartment was very clean well equiped for our short stay before flying out. Laurent was very responsive to messages and very friendly. I highly recommend Laurent’s apartment.

Très agréable séjour

Laurent est un hôte hyper accueillant et souriant. Très prévenant et à l'écoute des besoins. Le studio est très bien agencé, très cosi, hyper fonctionnel et tres propre Il ne manque rien pour passer un agréable séjour. Le lieu est calme et reposant.

Idéal pour assister aux manifestations à La Carrière

Accueil direct par le propriétaire, Laurent, qui est très sympathique. La maisonnette est charmante et correspondait exactement à ce que je cherchais, excellent équilibre entre sobriété et confort, facilité d'accès depuis le centre de Nantes et proximité de la salle La Carrière où j'assistais à une manifestation. Parking facile dans la cour.

Un peu plus de dosettes de café mais c'est vraiment pour chipoter.

Logement spacieux, aménagé avec goût, au calme. Accueil fait directement par le propriétaire, trés abordable.

Très bonne adresse

Tout. RAS de négatif. Ça vaut le détour. Et on a envie d'y revenir. D'ailleurs nous voulions y retourner dès le lendemain mais c'était déjà trop tard. Une belle adresse et un hôte fort aimable, présent en vous laissant être chez vous l'instant de votre passage. On s'y sent vraiment bien, avec sécurité et liberté, confort et modernité, plaisir et espaces bien aménagés. La propreté des lieux est remarquable, le matelas est hyper confortable. Salle de bain tip top.

Nous n'avons pas vu de climatisation ou de ventilateur. Mais avec les volets légèrement entrouverts, c'était très bien. Il faut prévoir un ventilateur ou une climatisation en période estivale ou en cas de forte chaleur.
