La maison est spacieuse et super bien équipée.

Beaux espaces et literie confortable. C’est un bon rapport qualité prix.

Décoration et mobilier assez froids. Trop de messages de mises en garde de la part de la conciergerie. Ça manque un peu de chaleur humaine 🥹.

Emplacement parfait pour accéder à la zone d'activité de Carquefou (dans le sens inverse des bouchons). La maison est toute neuve, spacieuse, très bien équipée et très confortable. La communication avec les hôtes a été fluide, réactive et très pertinente (instructions claires, propositions d'activités,...). La récupération des clefs autonome et très facile. Bref, nous reviendrons, que ce soit dans le cadre de nos déplacement professionnels en équipe, ou même personnels.

The house was ok for our needs, and was comfortable.

I searched for accommodation on booking.com with hot tub. When we arrived, the hot tub was empty. I contacted the host and he said he would call us to explain what to do. For a holiday rental, you don't expect to clean, fill, add chemicals and then empty on departure. This should be up and running and ready for use. The host should organise a maintenance person to fill, clean and empty the hot tub for the guests, for the duration of their stay. We decided not to use it in the end. The garden tables were also dirty, and should really have been cleaned. There is no cupboard space in the kitchen to put food, so we had to have it all on the counter tops. We also had a broken shower in the downstairs bathroom. The shower head would not stay up, my granddaughter had to have a shower on her knees. We did manage to put something in there, to keep it up.
