Simple, calme et pratique.
Simple, pratique, très calme, bonnes instructions pour accéder à l'appartement, magasins (boulangerie, Biocoop) et restaurants (libanais, coréen, pizzeria) à proximité, place de parking attitrée, dosettes de café fournies, ménage inclus, communication réduite au minimum, mais efficace. Décoré avec simplicité, mais avec goût.
Pas grand chose... La vue n'est pas extraordinaire, mais bon, on est à Nantes. L'appartement est un peu petit, mais c'était bien décrit, donc sans surprise. Pas beaucoup de place pour poser les sacs. Une fois que le canapé est transformé en lit, il n'y a plus de canapé, forcément ! Mais tout est fonctionnel.

Long séjour très agréable, je recommande :)
Résidence sécurisée, rénovée et très calme. 20 minutes en taxi de l'aéroport. 30 minutes en transport de la Gare Nord. Beau quartier, forêt, parcs et l'Edre à 10 minutes à pied. Commodités et bus justes à côté. Studio complet. Joli balcon (mais vis-à-vis). Hôte réceptif sans retard.
Tout était super à part : Mini frigo bruyant tout le temps. Horloge du micro-ondes illumine la pièce. Pour ceux qui ont un sommeil sensible, il faut avoir le nécessaire.

Le nom trompeur n'est pas celui d'un hotel, c'est une arnaque !
C'est une chambre d'étudiant basic. j'ai aimé le calme mais c'est tout.
Le coffre fort de la clé fonctionnait très mal, il m'a fallu répéter une dizaine de fois l'opération et appeler pour vérifier que le code était bon. finalement quand la boite s'est ouverte la clé n'y était pas car la femme de ménage n'avait pas réussi à l'ouvrir. Impossible d'obtenir une facture ! Le lit est constitué de petits matelas peu confortable. Je ne recommande pas.
