Completely renovated in 2019, this flat combines comfort and an exceptional location to accommodate up to 4 travellers, whether for a business trip, a holiday or an unforgettable weekend.

Located on the 3ᵉ floor (lift accessible from the 1ᵉʳ floor) of a superb old building, this 65 m² flat offers:
* A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, combined oven, gas hob, Nespresso, toaster, kettle...) to cook like at home.
* A lounge with TV and wifi included, and a sofa bed, ideal for relaxing after a day's sightseeing.
* One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and desk area for working in peace and quiet.
* A second bedroom with two single beds (90x190), perfect for children or friends.
* A modern shower room with WC.
* A large dressing room for storing your belongings.

Sous le Cèdre Excellent location near Place Royale and Place Graslin and a base for central Nantes. It’s a nice apartment with a very good bathroom and shower. The beds are comfortable. However, the two single beds will creak if you roll around at night. There is no air conditioning but even with the exceptional heat, it was sufficiently cool at night with the fan and open window. The Nespresso machine is a plus, and there is a Nespresso shop almost adjacent to the apartment. We completely enjoyed our stay and would return. Note that if you are arrive late there is an extra fee.

Sous le Cèdre We enjoyed our stay at this apartment! The space was super cute and well located, we loved exploring the area. There are lots of shops, cafes and markets near by for grabbing any essentials you might need. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nantes.

Sous le Cèdre The apartment is in the heart of town. Nantes is a very beautiful and elegant city. From our apartment we could walk to restaurants, supermarket and other shops. All within a radius of 5 to 10 minutes walk. We thoroughly enjoyed the location
