Superbe Appartement Calme 85m², à deux pas du Centre

The apartment was spacious and very clean. The house itself was so charming and well located. The host was kind and helpful and quick to reply to any questions. We also appreciated the relatively late checkout time at noon. Very considerate indeed!

Individual blankets would have been nicer than doubles, since neither one of us was used to sharing one while sleeping in the double bed.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter les machines de Nantes. Quartier calme .Le centre ville est à 1/4 d'heure à pieds .Appartement original et agréable .

Le code wifi indiqué sur le livre d'accueil n'est pas le bon . 5 dosettes de café pour 4 c'est un peu juste, d'autant que ce sont des dosettes un peu particulières ( Dosettes Malongo assez difficile à trouver...) nous avions ramené des dosettes pods souples et des capsules, aucunes ne rentraient dans la machine, nous avons finalement opté pour le café soluble...pas terrible si on aime le café... par ailleurs, quelques serviettes en papier ou du moins un rouleau d'essuie tout serait appréciable... Manque un plat ou 2 également...Dans les chambres, on branche soit la lampe de chevet soit le téléphone mais pas les 2....une multiprise serait nécessaire pour pouvoir brancher le téléphone et avoir la lampe de chevet allumée aussi... Problème de stationnement, très peu de place et relativement cher.

Easy walk to the city tram but the apartment is a long way from the town centre. Nice restaurant/cafe close by and a bio grocery shop and grocery normal shop.

The apartment needs work done too it. The floor levels inside step up and down from the bathroom, into the hall way and then into the bedrooms. The 5 chairs for the dining room table are all unstable and I had to screw some of the legs back in tighter before we could use them. Unfortunately the chairs were still wobbly after doing it. The weaving on 2 of the dining chairs is broken so was uncomfortable to sit on. The brackets on one chair were not in place and kept on falling out. Suggest all chairs need to be replaced for safety and to prevent injury to a guest. The washing machine and the dishwasher can not be run at the same time due to water back up and flooding - suggest plumbing needs to be looked at. Beds are a bit hard but ok but pillows could be replaced. Lighting could be improved with a more lamps or better bulbs. The shower curtain was ripped at the top on one end so I had to do a repair to it so it could be used. Suggest replacing the shower curtain. The apartment is large which is good but is average as far as comfort.
