New Year Eve

🙂 This was our first time in Nantes to celebrate New Year and explore the city, and we stayed in this apartment for four nights. The apartment is spacious, modern, and very warm. The three of us were comfortable staying in two bedrooms, and overall our stay went very well.

A few small improvements would make it perfect, such as better kitchen equipment (dishwasher, basic consumables - such as napkins or paper towels, a proper corkscrew). The cleaning could be improved, especially the kettle, coffee machine, etc.

Good base for exploring Nantes. Quiet. Well equipped and comfortable apartment.

The lights in the communal areas were quite unreliable - corridors and lift lobby. Sometimes these lights came on but sometimes not.

We have a pleasant and comfortable stay, thanks.

The parking instruction was a bit confusing, probably because we don’t understand French and it took us a bit of time to get reach to the right parking, thanks to the quick response to the CS staff as well. However the parking is narrow for a SUV.

Except the parking bit, everything is good inside the apartment.

Petit souci d’électricité le dernier jour. Mais le logeur a été réactif. Pour les ustensiles peut-etre rajouter un mixeur si possible

Ιδανικό για δύο ζευγάρια, η για μια τετραμελή οικογένεια.

Άνετο διαμέρισμα, καθαρό, σε σχετικά κοντινή απόσταση από το κέντρο (για κάποιον που του αρέσει το περπάτημα). Στα θετικά του και η θέση πάρκινγκ στο υπόγειο του διαμερίσματος.

Σίγουρα όλη η διαδικασία εισόδου στο διαμέρισμα θα ήταν καλύτερη, αν υπήρχε φυσική επαφή με τον ιδιοκτήτη. Για κάποιο λόγο ο κωδικός που μας δόθηκε για την παραλαβή του κλειδιού, δεν ήταν σωστός και αυτό δημιούργησε μια καθυστέρηση.

excellent séjour, un peu de stress pour les clés un 2eme jeu aurait éé nécessaire

la situation, l'espace bien agencé, le confort des chambres

Il aurait été appréciable d'avoir un deuxième jeu de clé ou tout au moins un deuxième bip d'entrée de la porte de la résidence, le code ayant té défectueux pendant 1 journée
