The location; the generous size of the apartment; Elodie and Prescillia 's prompt responses.
When we arrived the security in the apartment was a concern as the shutters in the lounge were up and the patio door open..(there was an apple Mac computer by the doorway.!) I had to clean the kitchen as it wasn't up to standard. The outside terrace needed cleaning.The TV /Netflix did not work. (Despite Prescillia 's best efforts to fix it.) If these shortcomings were remedied it would be an ideal place to stay

Parfait pour notre week-end en famille. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
L'appartement est vaste, fonctionnel, tout y est! La literie est très confortable, la cuisine bien équipée. Le parking sécurisé et la terrasse sont de véritables +. L'arrêt du tramway est à 5 minutes à pied et la galerie des machines est tout près. Le descriptif dans le lien internet est pratique, toutes les informations sont précises et utiles.
L'appartement n'est pas très bien insonorisé: on entendait tard des gens parler dans la rue, dans les couloirs, et tôt des pas dans les appartements du dessous. Mais comme nous y étions pour un week-end, cela a été plus facile à gérer.

Appartement spacieux, propre et très bien équipé , le parking en sous-sol est un vrai plus, le tram à proximité
Ce ne sont que des détails mais les assiettes sont trop grandes pour le lave-vaisselle, et le pommeau de douche est à changer
