L'appartement en duplex est très spacieux pour 6 personnes, avec une double exposition.
Il est très fonctionnel et confortable et très bien placé à quelques minutes à pied de l'Erdre.
Il dispose d'une place de parking parfait pour une petite voiture.
Le seul petit bémol est l'absence d'une d'une cafetière à filtre et le grille pain fatigué.

L’appartement est très bien décoré et les équipements sont parfaits. Il se trouve à proximité du centre. Il est très spacieux avec 3 étagesdonc très bien pour une famille.
La vaisselle n’était pas bien faite par les précédents occupants… et cela n’avait pas été contrôlé. Nous l’avons signalé et aucune compensation ne nous a été faites.
