L'appartement est très bien situé, il possède un parking, il est spacieux et confortable. Nous avons pu visiter Nantes facilement à pied ou en tram (arrêt juste à côté).
Ce n'était pas précisé que l'appartement était au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Et compliqué de dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes car la rue qui est le long de la Loire est bruyante. Les chaises de bar présentes sur la photo dans le cuisine n'étaient pas présentes, c'est bien dommage!

Great location and well equipped apartment. The private parking is a big plus. The host has the apartment wel documented, which includes short videos showing how enter the garage for parking or how to get to the locker with the keys. These are very useful.
The apartment is on the top floor and does not have airconditioning. Under normal conditions the ventilation and shutters on the outside are sufficient for a comfortable climate, but we visited Nantes during a heat wave when temperatures reached 42 degrees making it uncomfortable warm.

De garage, balkon en de voldoende ruimte in het appartement. Openbaar vervoer op loopafstand.
Veel drugs en drankgebruikers voor de deur. Genoeg zwervers en dealers die in de buurt langsliepen. We hebben het gemerkt, zijn naar boven gegaan om de sleutel van het appartement en de garage gaan halen en toen ging het alarm van de auto al af, was een voorbijganger die dacht wat uit de auto te kunnen stelen. Zijraam ingeslagen, hij was geschrokken van het alarm en is weggerend.
