Great location and well equipped apartment. The private parking is a big plus. The host has the apartment wel documented, which includes short videos showing how enter the garage for parking or how to get to the locker with the keys. These are very useful.
The apartment is on the top floor and does not have airconditioning. Under normal conditions the ventilation and shutters on the outside are sufficient for a comfortable climate, but we visited Nantes during a heat wave when temperatures reached 42 degrees making it uncomfortable warm.

La situation sur l’île, l’esthétique de l’appartement , la communication très agréable avec la concierge qui est aux petits soins pour nous. La vidéo pour montrer l’accès au parking.

Large two bedroom apartment with modern appliances and a balcony. 15-20 min walk to nearest parts of downtown Nantes and less to Les Machines. Many restaurants nearby. Dedicated parking space in garage on premises.
Noise - several late night parties in the park and gazebo in front of the apartment interfered with sleep during our stay. Neighborhood had limited shopping: delicatessen, bakeries, supermarkets are not very close to apartment. Minor point - Couch was uncomfortable. 16:00 checkin.
