La ubicación.

El aparato de aire acondicionado no se podía usar sin las ventanas abiertas y no tenía donde desaguar. Las ventanas del WC poco intimas.

La ubicación es excepcional. Todo a mano.

Appartement confortable, spacieux, bien équipé et bien décoré, très bien situé (à proximité de l'Hôtel de Ville). Salle de bain avec une très belle douche à l'italienne.

L'accès à l'appartement nécessite de passer dans une petite cour devant une quinzaine de poubelles appartenant à l'immeuble et au restaurant mitoyen. La boite à clés, fixée en bas du mur, au-dessus de la plinthe, est particulièrement peu pratique. L'appartement étant situé à l'angle d'une rue piétonne, on entend en soirée le bruit venant des terrasses de café et restaurant situées juste en dessous.

This is a very clean, comfortable and stylish apartment located in a great part of Nantes walking distance to all the sights. Importantly, it was well heated, which was crucial as our stay was during a particularly cold snap. The hosts were very polite and communication was excellent, and they resolved a minor issue that we had quickly and effeciently. One thing to note: one of the beds is on a high mezzanine, so perhaps not suitable for very young children, and the window in that room looks onto the back of a restaurant, so it can be a bit noisy. But this wasn't a big problem for us and we would recommend and stay again at this apartment.
