Emplacement en plein coeur du centre historique. Appartement refait à neuf, propre, bien équipé, joliment décoré. Organisation arrivée et départ impeccable. Calme de l'immeuble.
Parties communes de l'immeuble délabrées. On entend la voisine du dessus dès 6h du matin en semaine qui marche comme un éléphant. Heureusement cela ne dure pas longtemps.

Pas de fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur Pas de possibilité d'accéder au réseau téléphonique Insalubrité des parties communes et pas d'éclairage dedans au moment où j'ai séjourné. Propreté discutable (plante artificielle dans la salle de bain pleine de poussière, miettes sous la table à mon arrivée) et robinetterie de douche très entartrée
