Very very enjoyable.

Apartment was as described and very comfortable. Will probably book again!

There were no instructions in english on how to operate any of the appliances ie, washing machine , tumble dryer, dish washer cooker etc.

Great place to stay for a few days when visiting Nantes

Host was very nice. Easy to check in and out. A bit of walk into town but location still very good for exploring. Would recommend

Superb

Location was great, very close to stores and restaurants. Room was clean and all facilities provided were in good shape, ideal for families. The staff was very helpful and amazing upon arrival.

Nous avons adoré Nantes et cet appartement très confortable.

Le logement était propre, lumineux, confortable, spacieux et décoré avec goût. La cuisine et la salle de bain étaient bien équipées (lave-vaisselle, machine à laver le linge, sèche-linge). Le WC est séparé de la salle de bain. Les chambres et le séjour disposaient, chacun, d'un ventilateur. L'appartement disposait d'un espace extérieur, d'un garage, d'un ascenseur et de nombreux rangements.

Ce sont deux détails au regard de tous les points positifs : Depuis la chambre des enfants, on entendait vraisemblablement assez fort les voisins, ce qui n'était pas le cas depuis la chambre parentale. Les chaises de la salle à manger sont assez inconfortables.

Appartement très agréable, spacieux, lumineux, bien équipé et très bien situé. L'accueil réalisé par Cocoonr a été très chaleureux, la présentation et les consignes liées à la location étaient claires et bien expliquées.

Cependant, il présente un défaut important dans le fonctionnement du chauffage. En effet, la chaudière se déclenche de manière répétitive, parfois intempestive et le bruit de la circulation d'eau dans les radiateurs est conséquent et fort désagréable, surtout de nuit (les radiateurs n'ont peut-être pas été purgés ?). Tout cela pour un résultat de chauffe dérisoire puisque la température de l'appartement est restée limite tout notre séjour.

Perfetta per girare la città

Appartamento luminoso, spazioso, accogliente e pulito. La posizione centrale ci ha permesso di girare molto a piedi. Il garage, anche se stretto, ci ha fatto comodo visto che avevamo noleggiato un'auto. L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano con ascensore. Check-in con Maria veloce e istruzioni chiare e semplici per il Check-out in autonomia.
