Quiet location with free parking and good public transport access. It's not too far to reach the old town on foot (20-40 minute walk)
It was very adequate for our needs; the kitchen is well equipped, and everything worked.
We went to Nantes during an unusual heatwave (36-41ºC), and the flat was super warm with little chance of making a draft because one of the windows was right next to the footpath. If the weather is hot, taking a fan would be recommended.
