Quiet, cozy, but few things could beimproved.

Located very close to the highway, but it is very quiet. Although there is no counter space to prepare anything comfortably, other than that kitchen has everything You need.

There is only one window, so it gets dark very quickly, but there are cozy lights available so that’s nice. Shower curtain gets sucked in due to convection and sticks to your back, normal door would be nicer. You can hear people above very well.

Good communication from my host Mathieu. Clear instructions of how to access the apartment. Property had its own separate entrance and parking place right outside. In quiet residential area. Place was clean with good facilities including fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, cooker etc I didn't really use them but all there if needed. Bed was comfortable, shower was very good with all toiletries provided

Nothing significant, but probably could have done with a fan particularly in the bedroom as it was very hot when I was there. The bedroom is at the back of the apartment with no street window. It is a bit out of town but there is a tram stop about 10 minutes walk away at Les Coutès which takes over 20 minutes to city centre and public transport is free on Sundays

A perfect place for Nantes explorations

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay and it provided the perfect location for easy access from the airport after a long day of travel, and exploring Nantes the following day (via tram, which is only a few minutes walk away). There was everything we needed from our stay and the communication with Mathieu before our arrival was efficient and very helpful. Being in a nice and friendly area of Nantes meant we could relax in the evening after our explorations, and in the morning too and it felt like living in France rather than just being tourists.

A fan might be useful when it's very hot. We managed with the window open and the door just until we went to bed but if it had been any hotter it might have been difficult to cope.

Das Apartment war sauber, gut ausgestattet, die Nähe zum Flughafen . In die Stadt Nantes konnte man schnell gelangen. Der Parkplatz vor der Tür war toll.

Una "casetta" perfetta per visitare Nantes.

Alloggio funzionale, ben tenuto, tranquillo ed in ottima posizione. Molto comodo il posteggio auto adiacente all'ingresso. Pulizia ottima e dotazioni cucina/teleria/zona pranzo veramente complete, con in più una lavatrice di grandi diemensioni. Sempre sollecito (telefonicamente) l'host della struttura.

Sicuramente migliorabile il bagno, di dimensioni contenute e comunque non "accessibile".

Tout était correct à l'exception de l'absence de la mise en route du chauffage dans le logement avant notre arrivée ; le logement a mis du temps à se réchauffer.

l'appartement en lui même était très agréable, déco sympa. J'ai aussi apprécier le fait de trouver des condiments dans le réfrigérateur ainsi que des épices a disposition.

Il m'a malheureusement été impossible de me connecter a internet par le wifi (MDP refuser même par code QR). Il faudrait mettre un point d'importance sur la vaisselle car j'ai retrouver verres, assiette et couvert mal nettoyer. Sachant que je comprend bien que c'est le client qui gère cette partie, faire un check apporterais a cette location un meilleur positif.
