Bad condition : broken window, drainage of the sink was blocked, no mattress protection , Check-in not easy Check-out at 10AM! Difficulty to communicate with the concierge only 1 set of key for 7 people

Some parts of the floor covering were loose and creaky but that didn't lessen our experience at all.

Pillows was not good! Doors not closing well! My gust team was not working before 9:00 AM who handling the key delivery

Superb location for Palais de Congres

Superb location, great facilities, easy to find, spacious and lovely and warm!

There are a few things that need repairing in the apartment - door knobs, locks, towel holders and maybe a shower curtain in the bathroom. Also the take ear plugs as the bedroom at the front is noisy with the road.

Great location for Palais des Congres

Great location for working at Palais des Congres - bed very comfortable but floor boards do squeak (alot) and only 2 toilets. Showers fabulous and very hot water.

Hygiène douteuse, logement vétuste

La réactivité de l'équipe technique pour la réparation de la vitre du salon qui etait cassée en arrivant, durant le séjour, ainsi que le « late check-out » qui nous a été accordé

L'absence totale de réponse du gérant : J'ai envoyé plusieurs messages pour signaler les problèmes ci-dessous et demander un dédommagement, mais je n'ai eu aucun retour. Le service client est inexistant. L'état du logement est inacceptable : Hygiène : Un plaid présentait des taches organiques douteuses et n'avait visiblement pas été lavé. Vétusté : Le parquet est très abîmé avec des trous dangereux par endroits. Équipements : La porte de la salle de bain était cassée (aucune intimité) et l'éclairage de la suite parentale ne fonctionnait pas. Confort : Radiateurs bloqués à 29°C à l'arrivée, rendant l'air irrespirable. Le logement ne correspond pas aux standards attendus et le silence du propriétaire face à ces manquements est irrespectueux.

Casa 5 Stanze da letto e 3 bagni per viaggi in grandi gruppi.

Posizione ottima e servita dai mezzi (RER e Metro). Facile raggiungere a piedi gli Champs Elysees. Quartiere molto tranquillo e silenzioso, presenza di brasserie non affollate a buon prezzo. Presenza supermercati nelle vicinanze. 2 Docce e 1 Vasca. Due toilette separate dai bagni. La spazzatura si butta in un locale apposito al piano terra dietro l'ascensore.

Le Toilette sono 2 e sono in stanze separate dai bagni. Ci sono due boiler ad accumulo che servono tre docce, attenzione a non fare docce troppo lunghe!

Ottima posizione vicina alla Metro. Appartamento caldo, spazioso e confortevole e ben arredato.

Eravamo in 10. Mancavano pentole, posate ed i bicchieri erano insufficienti, il responsabile ha prontamente integrato le mancanze il giorno seguente. Manca manutenzione su serrature delle porte, parquet, luci, e vetri delle finestre un po' pericolosi perché fini. Un solo mazzo di chiavi e l'impossibilità di aprire il portone esterno di casa dall'interno dell'appartamento, devi scendere le scale tutte le volte ad aprire. Pericoloso per eventuali situazioni di soccorso e scomodo

Nous avons eu mal à récupérer les clés car le code fournit n'était pas correct. Mais un agent nous a vite résolu le problème.
