Lovely gateway to Montmartre

We liked the location and the set up. The walls were thick so sound didn’t travel. We also liked the videos showing how to enter the property. Super helpful

The stairs to the lower level were tricky. Would recommend coffee mugs with handles as the current cups got extremely hot when making tea. Also, the single toilet room could use a mirror to make it a bit more functional.

Great stay for one night.

There were many beds in one apartment, which satisfied our group of 12 - 6 adults, 6kids. We liked the little courtyard and the view of the Parisian buildings from the windows. We also like how there were multiple buildings.

There was a buzzing noise that came on throughout the night that disrupted our sleep. I believe it was a water pump.

Lovely apartment, perfect stay for a large group

Overall the apartment was great. It was clean and had all the amenities required. It had modern decor and was located centrally with a metro only 5 minutes walk. For a large group this apartment is more than ideal and a good base to access the rest of Paris. Great air con throughout the majority of the apartment. Great communication from the host.

A few things that could be considered: - There were no curtains/ blinds in the bedrooms making it very bright in the mornings. Although half of the window was frosted glass, there were other apartments that overlooked from above and could see directly in the bedroom therefore it was not very private for getting ready. - The basement slept 4 people and this was not easily accessible, the stairs were extremely steep and required caution when going up or down. The shower room in the basement was good but it would have been more beneficial if there was a toilet, especially for during the night due to the steep stairs. There were also no windows/ air con in this room making it warm and stuffy. - 4pm check-in is late if you are only spending a couple of days however the host did allow us to drop our bags at the apartment before check-in which was a good compromise. - Some extra pillows and towels would be helpful when the maximum amount for guests are staying.

This property was very modern and stylish with great facilities in a fantastic location. Lots of shops and nice restaurants nearby . Perfect!

Nothing at all it was a lovely property. The only criticism I can find is that there were not enough mirrors! A mirror in each bedroom and it would be perfect!

We had 12 (6 adults, 6 youth kids) and it was hard as we were in the way of each other, bedrooms not roomy, not impressed with basement room with two sofas unfolded left no room to move and couldn’t take our suitcases there, 4 people who slept wakes up early morning by train noises very loud and had a moisture smell. Bathroom in basement tiny. Bathroom smell upstairs once we used shower. For the amount of 12 it was too small and another bathroom essential. It shouldn’t allow 12 to sleep there 10 maximum to allow better overall experience.

Fantastic stay in a clean, well-located apartment with a helpful property manager.

I really enjoyed our stay in Paris! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed. The property manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. We were traveling with kids, and they absolutely loved the apartment, especially how conveniently located it was for all our activities. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

Las zonas comunes eran amplias y estaban muy bien conectadas, le faltarían quizás más aseos y no tantas duchas al ser un hospedaje para tantas personas, en la parte de abajo donde también tiene unos sofá camas solo tiene ducha, por consecuencia las personas que duermen ahí deben subir y bajar por unas escaleras pequeñas para poder ir al baño. Por lo demás bien, el ingreso es cómodo y sencillo.

No nos gustó el vecindario, ya sabemos por si volvemos, no elegir ese barrio, está bien comunicado pero muy lejos del centro y de los aeropuertos. Además es una zona no tan familiar.

Die Unterkunft war gut erreichbar, Busse vor der Tür, Metro keine 10 Minuten entfernt, viele Bistros und Restaurants in 'walking distance'. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Der Zutritt über Codes war problemlos, der Kontakt mit dem Betreiber ebenfalls. Die Küche war ausreichend bestückt.

Zwei Verbesserungsvorschläge: es sollte neben dem größeren Handtuch noch ein kleineres bereitgestellt werden und in jedem Doppelbett sollten zwei Bettdecken vorhanden sein!!!

Blisko sklepy spożywcze, restauracje a przede wszystkim metro. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Na bardzo duży plus to, ze można było zostawić walizki wcześniej przed zameldowaniem!!!

Una bella gita a Parigi!

La struttura era buona, il complesso residenziale molto tranquillo, appartamento composto da 3 camere matrimoniali da letto più 2 divani letto nella stanza al piano interrato(dove c'è anche una stanza bagno lavabo+ doccia e una lavatrice+asciugatrice) ed 1 divano letto in salotto, i bagni in totale erano 4, ma solamente 2 con il wc, solo uno di questi completo, 3 docce totali..cosa che andrebbe specificata per i gruppi, cucina completa di tutto, diciamo che le cose lasciate dai precedenti avventori andrebbero tolte..la posizione é buona per gli spostamenti (place de clichy a 300 metri), supermercato a 50 metri..la via non é ben frequentata purtroppo..in generale lo consiglio

입구보고 허름해서 넘 실망했는데 내부시설은 완전히 새거입니다. 7명이 지내기에 너무 좋았고 다들 만족했습니다. 조명도 밝고, 식기세척기도 있어서 완전 좋았습니다. 세탁기는 인원에 비해 작았지만 바로 앞에 빨래방이 있어서 큰옷은 빨래방을 이용했습니다. 식기와 조리기구도 많았고 세재 등 여러 물품들도 구비되어 있어 좋았습니다. 1월 거실은 조금 추웠으나 방들은 온풍기로 따듯했어요. 파리에 다시 온다면 또 예약하고 싶네요.

샤워실은 3개라 괜찮았는데 변기가 2개 뿐인게 조금 아쉬웠어요.
